  Hello Charity, I m going through hell with my brothers, they took the succession of our fathers property . My mother is still alive , my brothers have taken every thing mom mother is not on the title deed of the 2 plots left . My brothers are earning from one of the plots and have left me taking care of my mother at her upkeep , personal cares, medical and food. I have hired a lady who has been taking care of my mother for the past 10years without any support from my brothers even after I have spent all my life education their children. I need a good lawyer ,

  I have a situation where my father transfered land to my mother in 1975 I was born on this land, later my father passed away and the clan people took my mother to court. This was after my mother in 2019 decided to subdivide the land. The clan people claim that they are the one to authorize how our land is to be divided. So they took my mom to court Land and Environment court and and the court dismissed their case, then they filed a new case in the Magistrate court that and without any evidence, the lower court wothout due regard to the ruling of the High, cancels my mother's Title Deed and orders that the land be registered to someone else that the clan people want. What should I do? My mother is very much affected and is ailing.
