When I divorced my abusive ex-husband, my son was 10 months old and because I left out of spite, he decided he was not going to be involved in no way, shape or form. Nonetheless, my child is now seven years of age and I am financially well off with the work that I do, but because he is not involved, I decided to put his behind on child support three months ago, and he stop making payments and in the county that I live in which by the way, is number one in the nation for child collection services. They’ve already requested suspension of his drivers license and they’re going after him without me even having to do anything I told him I don’t need child support if he gets involved with the kid but he just has a bunch of excuses so there you have it

Greetings to all veterans, For me it is incredible that this case was created for those of us who received damages from 3M and that, those results were supported to be to compensate the veterans. How is it possible that now that the case is won, the lawyers are the ones benefiting from the permanent damages that we the veterans received. In what way we could unite ourselves and let us be heard on this nation? I think that together we could let everyone now how unfair this process has been. The lawyers were never and are not the victims here. They were not the ones suffering permanent damages. We, the veterans are!

I am the co-parent of three children with my ex-partner, who I was never married to. We made a mutual decision that our two boys would live with him, and I would care for our daughter. Initially, I was unable to provide a stable environment, so she resided with him. Now, I am seeking to establish a more permanent arrangement, where my daughter lives with me full-time. Currently, my daughter splits her time between my home and her father's, residing with me Monday through Thursday. As a responsible co-parent, I take on various financial responsibilities for all three children. I pay for her field trips, soccer, school lunches, and have invested over $1500 in school clothes for them. Additionally, I cover the cell phone bills for two of them and spend $500 per month on groceries. I also assume the majority of the cost for dental and medical expenses. My ultimate goal is to obtain full custody of my daughter and shared custody of my boys. I would like to understand how this would affect me going on child support and whether I would be required to pay. Recently, my ex-partner has expressed interest in relocating to Florida, which would mean uprooting our children from their current life. My daughter has expressed a desire to live with me, but is hesitant due to concerns about not having access to snacks, which is not a part of our healthy lifestyle. Furthermore, I believe that her father and aunt may have influenced her thoughts on living with me by making negative comments about my lifestyle. However, I believe that my home provides a loving and stable environment for my children. I live in a great neighborhood with my boyfriend of three years, and we have created a wonderful life for our kids. We have even set up a room for my daughter, where she has most of her belongings and clothes. As we navigate this complex situation, I am seeking guidance on how to protect my children's best interests and ensure that they are raised in a healthy and nurturing environment. Please let me know if you need any further assistance or clarification on any of the points mentioned above. I am seeking full custody of my daughter and shared custody of our two sons. They currently split their time between my home and their father's home, with my daughter residing with me Monday through Thursday. I take on various financial responsibilities for the our children, including paying for field trips, school lunches, cell phones and school clothes. I am concerned about the impact of my ex relocating to Florida with our children and wants to understand how this would affect child support obligations. In the past, my ex-partner attempted to pursue child support from me, which I believe was motivated by his perception of my higher income. Additionally, my boyfriend and I's relationship and subsequent purchase of a home together may have contributed to his efforts. However, after discussing the matter with him, he decided to drop the case. My current concerns revolve around his parenting style and the impact it may have on our children's development. I believe that he is overly permissive and doesn't provide enough structure and discipline for our kids. As a result, they are not learning important life lessons and are not being domesticated. In contrast, I have a more structured approach and set boundaries, which I believe is essential for their growth. I worry about how our children may turn out in the future if they are not held accountable and taught important life skills. While I don't think my ex-partner is a bad father, I do think that certain aspects of his parenting are lacking. I am particularly concerned about the lack of discipline and structure, which can lead to negative consequences later in life.

First off, why does a woman get to have an abortion if she doesnt want the child, the dad has no rights if he wants the child but yet, the dad is forced to pay child support if he doesn't want a part? It makes no sense. Im for doing away with child support in situations like this.

My mother died in result of delay of care and negligence, and, per her death certificate she died of Sever Neuropathic Pain Syndrome which was never treated or addressed during her entire stay 78 days at Strong Memorial Hospital and Rochester Center Rehab. She fell on Nov 7th, 2023, but no broken or fractured bones, however laid in the hospital bed as a paraplegic with severe diabolical pain. She was never told why she could not walk, stand or sit, neither was she ever treated, diagnosed, or tested for symptoms of severe nerve pain-family pleaded for nerve blocker or epidural. Every time she was repositioned, or turned she was in unbearable pain, therefore, the hospital neglected to turn her causing bedsores. The amount of daily pain caused de-conditioning, delirium and dementia-patient did not possess any mental issues upon her admittance on Nov 7th, 2023. She was discharged to rehab with infections from a failed back surgery-again, nerve damage was not diagnosed pre-or post-surgery and pre-paralyzed state as well as post paralyzed state was not attended, and an additional MRI or CT scan was denied. Patient was discharged to another hospital in which they tried to save her life but was unsuccessful. The new doctors and renowned pathologist spoke with family and specifically confirmed delay of care and spinal nerve damage went unaddressed. Case Filed in 7th Judicial Circuit, NY. E2024008716
