Hello, please help me, my pc is causing problem. I am not being able to use my Bluetooth headphones mic in my pc, when I go to sounds settings and go to recording it is showing up there, but it is not recording anything, i have tried all the thighs I can, I have tried it with 4 Bluetooth headphones, I tried going to sounds settings, and doibg everything I could do using the tutorial on youtube. Also I tried deleting and reinstalling my headset drivers and alot of thing. but it didn't work. But one thing is to be noted when I used the microphone jack and connected a wired microphone to it the microphone worked. Please help me I have a important meeting tomorrow and I need to use my Bluetooth headphone mic.
Did you make sure it was selected as the "recording source"? It's not enough for it to show it available. It must be selected as the primary recording source

I screwed it up. When it got to the page where you delete a lot of stuff. I deleted everything including the drivers. What can I do. My PC is an older HP desktop.
Hi James, please feel free to email me at paulm at pegasun and I can try and help you get it fixed. At the very least, I would first try System Restore. As for drivers, if they are not restored, you might need to download and re-install them.
@Pegasun Thanks, Paul. I have been successful in getting my Bluetooth to work. Still no sound through speakers. I'm contemplating just ordering a CD that will allow me to install my drivers. This is a Windows 10 tower that I have had about 10 years or more. It is not my primary CPU. I let you know how it is going. Thanks for the response, Jim
@@jamesmcnichol3908 Oh sounds great. No worries at all. If you know the model number of your Bluetooth (It should tell you on Device Manager), you can search for the driver online. You can also try Windows update and see if it can download it.

@@jamesmcnichol3908 You would need to download the driver (if it's been removed). Do you have the model of your sound card? E.g. is it RealTek?
how to determine if the scan and repair this pc is finished ? here it says COMPLETED on the bottom however on the main screen it still says this make take up to an hour , please wait
Hmm if it said "completed" on the black screen, that's fine. It's probably a bug on the app.

The settings are different on my windows version (11 pro) and I do not have Background app settings
Oh gotcha! You can skip those section. Most of them would be completed by Windows Optimizer anyway.

Hi there, those requires background services to monitor your usage, compile data, and send it over to Microsoft server. End of the day, it uses up your PC resources. Thus, disabling them would make it perform less unneeded work.
will i still be able to do windows updates after all these tweaks followed one in past and ended up having to clean install windows
Hi there, yes. Windows update still works after this. We don't disable any critical service.

Oh hmm... How big is your hard drive? It shouldn't need that much if you do local re-install (instead of cloud)
Is it normal if I cant see it updating/resetting but the screen just turns black?
Hmm depends how long it's been black. Couple of minutes of normal but it should be showing some sort of progress.

why i cant use turbo mode? it says upgrade first
I upgraded but it still charged me full price. Any info on'junk files' toolbox? My laptop says 92792 junk files @ 100.03 Gb. An i supposed to check each file to see if the list is valid or can I 'clean' ?
Feel free me to email me at paulm at pegasun, I can look into that for you on why it charged you full price. Hmm 100gb is a lot... I would click on "size" to sort it by file size. And I would try to determine what it's trying to delete. If you selected ONLY junk files, it should be fine. However, if you selected more things I would definitely verify.

Great info - How to make windows search faster?
This optimization should help make it faster. There is nothing specific you can do for Windows search besides general optimization. Other thing you can do is exclude big folders from search so less files are indexed.

Hi what anti-virus were you using? You can scan our software on VirusTotal and see that it's marked clean by top 70 anti-viruses.

man after uninstalling the epic launcher and the game like 5 times clearing caches and following other steps finally got my game DLCs back FOR REMNANT 2. ONCE AGAIN GUYS THIS PROGRAM IS AMAZING AND ONE TIME FEE FOR LIFETIME COMPARED TO OTHER PROGRAMS THAT MAKES YOU PAY EVERY SINGLE FRIGGIN MONTH....CAN'T BEAT IT. ONE PART SOLD ME IS DEBLOATING IT GETS RID OF ALL THE BS WINDOWS COMES WITH. LIKE CANDY CRUSH AND ALL THE CRAP YOU NEVER USE.

Hi Richard, thanks for the suggestion! I chose to do with Windows 10 because more than double the users still use 10. But for 11, the instructions are mostly the same.

Hi I just want to clarify we are absolutely not putting in any bot comments. And we do not disable everything. When you optimize using Service Manager, it shows a list of what's being cleaned/disabled. And if it messes up your PC in any way, there are 3 different ways to completely restore it back to the way it was.

dude im freaking out i ve been using pegasun for a few years now and saw an updated 2024 version so this one......what ever i did deleted all my games and shortcuts lol....and now on epic launcher all my dlcs gone....but still say its in the libaray.....but i have ulitmate edition on remnant 2 and all dlcs but now i only got the base game lmfao....checked remnant 2 store page shows base game.....Deluxe edition and Ultimate Edition which it clearly says in Library lol......so i launched the game ok it didn't delete the game OH THANK GOODNESS ITS LOADING...I go into my inventory certain weapons Says in Red this weapon is only for the DLC lmfao......UGHHH LMFAO.....please any tips lmk ty
