What should I do if the green light flashes and beeps for roughly 10 seconds and the fan won’t turn on?
Hey Anthony, just chatted with our tech. If you have the flashing green light, try pulling and reseting your fan fuse. If it persists after you have reset the fuse, this is usually a sign that their a component fault and you should contact MaxxAir. Do you have an outside van or is this another type of build?

That was the whole goal with Approach, Families should have access to all the same experiences the smaller adventure vans enable us to do. It's a great way to create unique memories for the kids that they will appreciate when they get older!

Our custom division of our business can put any type of toilet you would like in a custom build including Cinderella and Laveo. Approach specifically comes with a cassette toilet and would require some modifications.

Why would anybody want to mess with an extra cost and extra maintenance it sounds like a nonsense to me . is that why they are so cheap compared to other vans?
Cool van, but lacking on storage. Apparently no room in the back, meaning food, clothing, cook ware (instant pot, pans etc.) and personal items all need to find a home in the small-ish places up front. Perhaps better for day/overnight trips.
The altitude bed does remove the option for overhead storage in the rear, which is why we made sure to include storage in the galley and behind the drivers seat. We've seen people use the interior shower as storage space as well! It all depends on the person, which is why we offer fully customizable conversions!
How about draining? Looking at a 2017 with only 4000 miles. Probably original def in that tank. How do I flush or drain it
You might have to siphon the old DEF out of the fill pipe, or in some cases there is a drain or pinch tube at the bottom of the tank. If you need to flush the system, make sure to used deionized water or clean DEF.

And we totally get that! Lots of builds out there do break down with time and miles. Some of our customers have had their builds for 10+ years! We build vans so people can have a life of freedom, and we strive to keep our builds on the road for as long as possible.
I see this for sale on the Outside Van site with 6,000 miles and asking $330,000. Not sure how realistic that is. Some clever ideas though.

Sometimes with the 170s (the longer sprinter chassis) there is a little bit of room left for extra storage. There are some pop tops out there that you can mount solar to, but other than that they are not typically weight bearing.
I like the idea of keeping the van feeling open. However, the lack of a wide sofa type seating area is a big negative. In this layout there’s no place to lounge about in the van. In my 144 sprinter I have a sofa type seat similar to your Helix layout which is my favorite place to sit and relax while looking out the sliding door. I also enjoy looking out the door while I cook so having the galley on the opposite side of the door is another negative. Feeling open is not about what it feels like looking into the van but what it feels like when you’re lounging in the van looking out. In the syncline you just can’t lounge about the seating area is too small.

Not "Potential" It WILL go into limp mode!! Amazon, FedEx etc all found out how awful the Mercedes DEF system is.
In auto mode does the vent stay open or does it open and close in between operation? If it opens and closes as needed, is there a way to just keep it open in auto mode?
you can manually crank open the cover without the fan, but auto mode will adjust both the fan and the cover.

Did I understand everything correctly: is it now possible to take a shower only outside? That is, earlier the van could be operated 12 months a year (having a full-fledged shower in the middle of the day), but now only in the summer or when the temperature outside the window is higher than 20 degrees Celsius... Brilliant! If you know your van, you can safely bring vans with a Neon inscription to specialized exhibitions: Under no circumstances should you build vans for a living!
I will reveal a big secret to you, from 2023 all Mercedes vans have lost the real 4x4 all-wheel drive system. Now these fursogs have become SUVs. Therefore, there is no need to talk about the "intelligent 4x4 system" here. This is cheap marketing and misleading. All that Mercedes vans are capable of now is to be more stable on asphalt and paved roads. All other off-road situations shock the temperature of the diesel engine and brake pads in a matter of minutes. Because Mercedes vans can no longer brake with the engine during long descents (as they did before with a reduced gear, a real 4x4), and the "hill assist" system is only automatic application of the brakes... Which does not control the overheating of the brake pads and possible catastrophic consequences as a result of the complete loss of the ability to stop the van.
