I concur with Michael when he says "Policing is a domestic war." I, personally, have always felt like the police are Americans against Americans, especially considering what I have been through. You both know me, and know what I am talking about. I am sorry for what society has put you guys through. I am sorry for what policing has put you through. For example: You are taught as a child to not lie. You grow up with morals and ethics. Then policing as an undercover detective you are taught to break your moral code of 'never tell a lie' and lie to get the job done. That has to do big damage to your head and heart. You two are some of the good guys. My heart goes out to you. And my thanks for coming out of it with your morals, ethics and lives still intact.

Paul wyman is such a shady human in his bussiness with way questionable friends and the mayor and their longtime buddy that just got arrested for grooming and touching little boys. Also having the mummies ever year and the same songs suck...people BOOED at the line up this year when he was up on stage rambling and thanking sponsers. People also want it BACK on the streets around the square and not in the bubble bowl of Foster park

Thank you for answering my questions. I just do NOT understand why this embalming thing is so important to people. It seems so pagan, to drain out all of the blood from a body and put something else in! Why?! It is just so unnatural and hits me as very, very wrong! And on cremation, it feels sinful to me, if God says my body is a temple where HE dwells, then burning my temple feels very, very wrong and disrespectful to HIM and to the deceased person. Sometimes I feel like all of these laws and legislations dictating how we are to bury the dead are just man's evil way of greedy gain. I mean caskets, vaults, etc. all seems unnecessary expenses to help enrich the funeral homes. It appears to me that man is just busy complicating something that should be so simple as to just lay the body in the ground and let nature do it's thing. Wrapping it in a linen or cotton cloth seems very respectful to the precious deceased soul, the earth, and to God. Indiana definitely does need to change some laws. Being born and raised in Kokomo & living my whole 68 years here, I don't want to go to Washington, Florida, or another state just so I can be buried naturally, as it should be. If we can put our beloved pets in the ground, I just don't see why we cannot do the same with our own human bodies. Some people say that is because just putting bodies in the ground would pollute and contaminate the ground. I believe they are underestimating the Divine Order & Power of God's creation, and how HE made the earth and the ocean able to cleanse itself through the very forces of nature that HE created. I think Kimberly has the right idea for herself & the ocean! I just prefer the soil of the earth, personally. But both are great natural ways to dispose of those not among the living any more. Thank you again for taking the time to address my issues. May God bless you both richly!

This was so much fun seeing the brother/sister banter. Too sweet! Great seeing you again, Libby! I think we may have been in the same girl scout troop, if I recall correctly. Were you in Mrs. Jaumot's troop? Tom, you are slipping up. You forgot to announce Libby's WHOLE title on the last mention of her in this podcast, near the end. 🤣 P.S. Did I hear a rooster crow a couple of times, in the background?

I am learning a lot. I have never troubled my mind with these things of which you speak. I don't give a thumbs up to your videos, although I have watched every one of them. I just don't like the topic; so, I can't bring myself to LIKE your videos. I hope you understand. I do have a few questions. 1. In one of your videos, you mentioned 'setting the features'. What is that? 2. I do NOT want to be embalmed. I do not want to be cremated. In not liking either choice 'a' or 'b', surely there is a more natural choice. I just want to be put in the ground, like I have done with my bunnies and birdies and kitties. I know the argument, that it would poison the earth with all the germs. But I don't buy that 'reason', for I know that God has arranged His amazing earth to take care of those kinds of things with the microbes and such. So why can we not just do what is most natural? Is it simply because of laws and regulations (which appear to be just another way for life to be too overwhelmingly expensive and for someone(s) to profit)? Surely there must be a choice 'c' and 'd' for more natural ways to be disposed of for all of eternity. I have heard of earth pods where people can become part of the earth, being planted beneath a tree, or becoming a tree (as a seed in the earth pod with the body). I never hear you speak of these options. What say ye? 3. Are you any relation to Mary Ellen Geiger (RIP)? She was a very precious soul, who was a realtor, who helped me buy my first house almost 43 years ago. Your soft-spoken ways remind of her, as she was also kind, gentle, and soft-spoken.

It's called a spool tension knob not a clutch but still good info and it's nice to see someone from the area on here. Generally you get what you pay for when it comes to baitcasters. If you want to learn to hate baitcasting reels go buy the cheapest one you can find. Right around $100 range is about where you want to be. If $100 is to much. Kastking are probably the best reels that I've used around the $40-60 range.

Especially when there are so many small businesses owners I know who grind it out day after day and don't get the recognition for it. Just keep going and remember... if you see a turtle on a fence post, he didn't get there by himself. - zig ziglar.

lol! "I must be a ventriloquist. I didn't know I could do that!" 😀 Nice, serene introduction scene. I like it. You almost sold me on a graphite rod....IF I were a fisherwoman. The sensitivity sounds perfect for fishing. But I think I will stick to my goal of getting a spinning wheel so I can spin yarn out in the sunshine while getting a tan, by the water's edge, or on a dock. We have to dream, right? Otherwise, you aim at nothing and hit it every time. Good teaching there, Bud. Your enthusiasm shines through as you speak about things you are passionate about.

And then the final and chief test of the scout is the doing of a good turn to somebody every day, quietly and without boasting. This is the proof of the scout. It is practical religion, and a boy honors God best when he helps others most. A boy may wear all the scout uniforms made, all the scout badges ever manufactured, know all the woodcraft, campcraft, scoutcraft and other activities of boy scouts, and yet never be a real boy scout. To be a real boy scout means the doing of a good turn every day with the proper motive and if this be done, the boy has a right to be classed with the great scouts that have been of such service to their country. To accomplish this a scout should observe the scout law. Every boy ought to commit to memory the following abbreviated form of the Scout law. The Twelve Points of the Scout Law 1.A scout is trustworthy.2.A scout is loyal.3.A scout is helpful.4.A scout is friendly.5.A scout is courteous.6.A scout is kind.7.A scout is obedient.8.A scout is cheerful.9.A scout is thrifty.10.A scout is brave.11.A scout is clean.12.A scout is reverent.

Nice stream. I remember going on vacations with my dad to Greers Ferry Lake, Arkansas. He would go in August when the shad would come up on top of the water. You didn't cast for the bass, you just sat waiting for the bass to jump, then you cast your line & hit that ring as fast as you could. Compared to other ways to fish it was a lot of fun. And we caught a lot of bass that way. Sometimes we'd go out with a fishing guide (he owned the cabins we stayed in), that was an experience. Since the fish might school in one spot in the lake one day they might be 2 miles down the lake the next day, and the guide wanted to get there quickly (guides had walkie talkies). So rather than buying a fancy heavy bass boat he preferred to use a lightweight John boat, and he put a couple of cement blocks in the very front to hold the boat down. That's because he had something like a 200 HP motor on the back, geesh he would fly in that thing. Good memories! Thanks.
