  To those who are in a downfall state, i have high hopes and pray for those who are having a difficult time with life. Just remember that You Are Not Alone on this journey, you are loved by those who given you the words to stay strong and move forward with your story. I love listening to this song during my sleeps because this song would always remind me of a woman I used to be with and sleep with this song playing in the background.   I just want to say that I love you. I know the world is a dark place, and sometimes you can't help but feel overwhelmed, but remember that it's only temporary. The stress and anxiety you feel will not last forever. I dealt with severe anxiety for 3 years, and every day was worse than the previous one. Most nights I would refuse to sleep, simply because I was afraid I would never be able to relax long enough to do so. But over time, I started to realize that I have the power to control my emotions and feelings, rather than let them control me. I'm thankful for the nights I can sleep soundly, because I always remember the nights when I couldn't. Stay strong, and rest easy. You will make it.
