I know this is an old video but just wondering how many servings a crock pots worth makes? If what you showed is all you get (cup +glass bowl), that looks like only about 4 servings. Thx

Hello, can you please tell me how many cups per day I should drink if I only want it for my health, not to lose weight? And if you recommend it for pregnant women. Also, to keep it fresh how many days should be consumed once you cook it? Thank you 🙏🏻

you are misleading people when you cut off the ends of carrots and peel the onion because there are so many nutrients in those parts of the veggies, you also could add other veggie scraps Why waste those parts specially if you buy organic?

MSG is actually a natural extract from seaweed and other fermented starches. Also the body does not use collagen directly but it is broken down into its amino acids and then they are used as the body requires

You're taking about commercial "whole grain" right? Making your own bread is a "trend" that is thousands of years old.

I usually make my bone broth in my instant pot. I can seldom get it to gel. I have used every kind of bones but not much gelatinous results. Any idea what I'm doing wrong? I have cooked my bones up to 3 days and still not had much gel.

I cook my bone broth for 6-8 hours and it looks like jelly when it's cooled. I use chicken feet only (around 500 grams/ more or less 20 chicken feet). The result is around 1,5 liter bone broth.

She claims she's an expert? In order to really get all vital nutrients out of bones be it chicken or beef, you really have to try get bones from a all natural chicken and absolutely use chicken feet which has more collagen and a all grass fed cow, she's using a highly chemical process chicken which has been already cooked (rotisserie chicken), and she's throwing away the peels of the onions which have even more nutrients than the union itself, she also threw out the lemon peel which also is highly nutritious. Apple cider vinegar is way more useful in taken out the nutrients inside the bones of the animal. Sorry, but she needs to look up real bone broth experts to give advice on bone broth here on KZread.

When I've made bone broth I couldn't eat it because it set off a reaction, like gluten would. Also on every other video I have seen on making bone broth they frained the skum off the top. What should I do to be able to eat/drink this without feelinh worse? I have leaky gut. 😂
