My name is Jay and I am the OG. Old Guy! With the help of my friends, I make videos on different subjects. Carpentry, Tool unboxings, household repairs, dumpster diving and basic old guy wisdom. Some times I have guests to impart their wisdom as well. On occasion, I build things out of "pallet" wood to help support my endeavors!

Dream on about the weather….
@@nocmagic as I'm reading this, it's 63 degrees. 🙂
She could not help but to peek!😬 ...sorry I missed the live feed. Busy times...
You didn’t just return it? Wow
Nice review, very comprehensive. I'll pick one up tomorrow.
I like that Harlan Sanders, fried chicken!
I just ran across your channel....nice video but the most important phrase you uttered was "if it keeps on working...." Enjoy it today, but HF fooled me twice with this product, shame on me. I would've like them if they lasted more than a couple of uses, but the whole "keep on working" part of it was the big problem.
Please become the next president, youll be like Brent Peterson, old guy cabinet
This is so helpful! Thank you for doing what you do!
I said good-bye to my girl this year too. Her name was Raya. :)
So so sorry. I’ve said goodbye to many four legged friends. I feel for you.
Rinnai RFHE 556 FA Gas valve not opening. Ignitor sparks but no gas. Manual gas valve is open. What's up? What will cause a gas valve not to open? Circuit board issue?
We’ve had 2 of these in the past 3-4 years and wondering how to fix the malfunction that causes this heater to only work for short periods of time before turning off and then starting again. Hoping to hear some info from an OG
Sending many hugs 😢😢😢
Thank dude...cut 4 2x6x10 in four 24 inch segment...very good product for the price, very light...you got my sub
Hell, I wish I had known you wanted one…I have one to sell. Oh well.
Under $20 you can't expect too much. I have a set but it's just to fix threads.
Thanks for the review. I’m old too and just starting woodworking. I debating between this saw or may spend some more money to get a Rikon 10”. Are you still liking the RYOBI after 2 years? Any issues with it? Thanks.
I still like it. works very well for what I use it for.
is it the 370watt motor or the 500watt one
500
Respectfully old guy! why my blade doesn't go all the way down thru the wood?
Just got one today, wet the rag with acetone, turn on the machine and wipe away residue.
Thanks for the helpful video. This helped me do my first blade change. Cheers.
I got mine on sale for $34 so I now have two. Use it all the time.
You surprised me with your voice, made for radio.
Thanks. I was on the radio for 15 years.
Thank you!
Thank you again for having us out! We had a lot of fun
You both are welcome any time!

Oh Duncan.
I saw on a video that you have a router sign depth guide. Are they for sale?
I'm sorry, no. Right now I need all my tools.
You didn’t have me to pick on…lol
Glad I checked before I went…I’d have left once I found out you weren’t gonna be there
I'll take that as a compliment 😉
I just picked up one of these jig saws. Works great. No complaints thus far...
I always knew you were a putz. 🤣
Love it!!! I hope you wash it before you wear it again…I don’t wanna smell any stink! 😉🫣🤣😂
I did take the photo 😂
Hooray Duncan!
Wow. For the case, a thin sheet of foam rubber would easily keep everything in place and still close fine. Second, nice to have the kind of money where you can just throw $22 in the trash? I mean, unless it was a 100-mile trip, I would have returned it.
From one old guy to another, you gave me my answer for error code 11. Get a properly trained technician to service it! Thank you for the advice, I will not destroy my Rinnai.
I’m too lazy to search comments for HPT, but if no ones had answered it, HPT is for Hitachi Power Tools.
Thanks Jim...
Thank you, Old Guy!
What ever happened to the follow-up video? I've looked all over for it.,
Nice demo. I'm not quite an Old Guy. More like a Late Middle Aged Guy. I take it this model doesn't come with a fence, since you made your own.
Sadly, it does not
Hmm. Mine did. I’m not in the US though, so maybe that’s something to do with it
Picked it up for $89 today.
Buying one today for $89
excellent review, good tip about waxing the table, I do alot of scrollsaw work and polish my table every few months to keep things sliding nicely, im looking for small bandsaw for light work in the shop. You were using some pretty thin stock in the demo, how does this do in thicker material. Does it have enough power for 1" walnut? BTW I officially became on old guy last month
Not sure. I mostly use 1/2" maple or oak. With those, it works well.
Mate, you have just saved me AGES. Cheers
I went high school there in late 70’s.Archie’s sister wuz a teacher. Love at Lil’ Town !
$89 for itc right now
