  this watch feels super gimmicky and low quality compared to what was advertised in the concept. it was also delayed way past the promised date for backers. awful product and company.

  Just bought and setup today, always been a heavy sleeper and my internal alarm sucks. I bought this exact model so we shall see. Misconception im seeing in the comments is you dont shock yourself although there is buttons you can set up to do so. You can set alarm to have 3 times of alarms(vibrate, chime, and shock) you can selectone or all 3. Also within the settings you can pick intervals of alarm within 1-5 one chime to five chimes as well as the other options. You can also select time intervals between the various setting so if i want one vibrate one chime and 5 zaps i can set 0-60secinds between the styles of alarm
