If you want to kill that appetite while you're driving and trying to fast and get your caffeine at the same time I would strongly suggest putting a little pad of butter in your coffee in the morning along with some heavy whipping cream if you're trying to stay carnivore or low carb which I'm doing right now and I normally don't get hungry until about noon or 1:00 when I'm leaving the house about 5:00 a.m. . Open to be doing my onboarding sometime in the next month or so still waiting on them to do the background check and driving history before I can schedule onboarding
That's great advice I really appreciate it. The last time I did this I used the heavy whipped cream and I was not able to try the butter but like once but that was at the very beginning of cutting off all sweets so it really hit me hard LOL but now that I'm cutting everything off I am taking baby steps to get to that point! And yeah it does take them quite a bit of time to do the bedding and everything to get a call for onboarding. Let me know by email if you need any help with that

I'm a weekend on carnivore and I'm down 11 lb already and have noticed I'm tremor stomach and waste area already also I got a text last night welcoming me to the team and asking me to schedule orientation. I used to each week. Just kept it in my pickup truck. Now I ja e my own truck the TV microwave tools and other stuff stay in it. Only had to do a year of slip seat.

I just had my co-pilot training yesterday on my first day back from vacation and they did say they changed that and we will be able to look for Walmarts and truck stops and rest areas while in motion now. I guess enough people complained and they added that feature back in no I don't see any downside to switching to co-pilot
Hey brother, was on vacation last week. I was working at beach bar down at OCMD! But yeah I'm back to work and almost missed not working for 11 days. It's amazing how much time I've had off Walmart just throws money and PTO days at you. All they ask is that you do your job safely. That's not too much to ask

i feel you on those international air tanks.. i haul doubles and i have to sit and wait every time i drop/hook/move a trailer because i have 2 trailer tanks and a converter dolly tank that have to refill every time i release the breaks and it takes forever to get to 100+ psi lol.. maybe dispatch doesn't like me anymore so they put me in an international 🤣

Should try the sparkling ice carbonated waters , the cans have only 70mg caffeine per can , I used them to kick 300mg energy drinks, mind over matter man , same size can, similar taste to some e drinks , in my mind I’m still having my e drink being same size can and carbonated, and best of all they are available in WM. Are your days 12-14 hrs usually? WM ever run you up against that 14? Gotta be up and at em when your 10 is up? My buddy from us foods is on his 4 th wk here in Fl. I want to come aboard someday.
Walmart is so laid back. It's different here. You have total control of how hard you want to run. You tell them the time you have on your clock. I'm sure some people might run less hours but I'd bet if they did it everyday they'd get a talking to. I usually do 12 to 13 but if I'm doing several stops I can get right up to 14..don't forget we have lots of parking options.

@duckbrew yeah I believe it's 30 minutes. Do t get hung up on it though it's just like it was in cdl school. Nothing cracked bent or broken...Yada Yada. I don't mind the questions! It's a big deal to make the switch.

@@wello9197 I have a 2016 Freightliner Cascadia with red paint and a chrome bumper below the grill. No note just insurance. It was a former Ozark truck. Runs great from being maintained very well and I keep it clean. And it runs very smooth.
