I just realized that Jon Snow constantly switches to two-hand and one-hand because he is trained in using a bastard sword.

Based on the show I would rankig: 1 - Prince Oberyn 2 - Ser Baristan Selmy 3 - Jon Snow (we do get to see Jaime on the Show, Although he is well spoken) 4 - Jaime Lannister 5 - Eddard Stark (Well spoken By Ser Baristan) 6 - Bronn Of Black Brown 7 - Brienne Of Tarth 8- The Hound 9 - Euron Greyjoy 10 - The Guardian of Prince Doran

I know that GRRM likes to keep Westeros more grounded and stuff, but I really think that Targaryens, Starks, Lannisters, Baratheons, and a few other families should be born with enhanced physical AND magical traits passed down through their ancestors that give them huge advantages againsg normal men in combat. Jon is already way more of a badass in the show than the books, but I think he should be able to either burn (Targaryen) or freeze (Stark) his enemies some way or another instead of just having his damn boring warging abilities.

I always loved the character development of Jon Snow from the first season to season six (my head canon doesn’t include the last two seasons). He slowly goes from a simple member of the Night’s Watch to a fleshed out bold leader :)

The scene where he fights the white Walker is way too good. From the music and the build up to when he blocks with his personal sword. The way the music pauses after he gets knocked down at first. It’s perfect

I am only just now realizing that the leader of the mutineers is the same guy who plays Herman in Pacific Rim. Such wildly different characters and he plays both so well.
