  You should do voice over. Spend more time showing features of the properties instead of yourself. Beautiful view. The burglar bars are poorly designed and installed which takes away from aesthetic Beauty.

  Sir, you may need to show every portion of the property for those who aren’t living there currently and might be interested can have a better idea of the complete layout, show the living space, the laundry area, the dining area etc- not just a two seconds with half of the space unseen, I cannot tell what is what by this visual alone. Just my thoughts. Seems like a great property nonetheless.
