Your surgeon did a good job I have more hair than you I grow it everywhere. Body hair happened before m, face did. I have to trim the hair now and then it can become to be too much after a while. It is good that it covers my scars. I have dark hair so it is dark on my body.

No body I know felt the way I did. I felt hollow because I was so used to having them there. I was too worried about if I would throw up. I am afraid I will never stop that is why. Yes I would rather have paint I agree. Lol they gave me a pill that they give people that get chemotherapy that did work I did not feel sick at all. Back in the 1980s I had my tonsils removed and I almost threw up over that. Instead a huge burp came out. Lol they did surgery on me first because I am diabetic. The Doctor who did my surgery did not use drains. I read he does not believe in using them. This surgeon retured the one who owned the clinic. There are other people there now I think. At the time the surgeon was there working with another surgeon. This surgeon how worked on me is now practicing regular plastic surgery in Florida. I live in Canada I got it done in Canada. When I got my hysterectomy done when I woke up they gave me anitnosia through the IV.

hey i have a question. your results look super good and i’m looking into Adam Tobias very heavily now. Wondering what he required to get a consultation and what needed to be done before your surgery. I’m in the process of getting a therapist so I can get a letter of recommendation, but I don’t have a current pcp and those are harder to make an appointment with. Hoping he only requires one from a therapist and I could get testing done if necessary at a walk-in. Let me know please and thank you :)
@elliotwalsh6822 жыл бұрын
Hey friend! I did have a consultation first - when I called it was August and I got a consult in October then surgery in December so that was my general timeline. For letters, I don't really remember! I think that it was just one letter that I had sent from my PCP at Fenway health (which i highly recommend if you're looking for a provider) but i cant recall whether it had to be from a PCP or if it was just a general physician's letter... I remember that the office people/receptionists were extremely nice and helpful and I'm sure they could help with the specifics :) also, I don't think I needed any specific tests before surgery like blood tests or anything but that could have changed

I couldn't sleep because my chest was itchy so I looked at my chest in the mirror, and there was a huge breakout all over it. I wasn't able to identify acne at the time so I didn't know what was happening, but me being the idiot that I still am today, I didn't tell anyone. What's even more concerning is that I didn't know about the monthly occurrence when I first got it, but I didn't tell anyone for several months. I was too ashamed.

I'm very know that I'm trans and that I want the changes you go through when you're on T but I'm still terrified that I'd regret it and not be able to go back. I don't even think it's likely to happen but I'm so scared of it anyways. I'm constantly going through all kind of "what if" scenarios in my head and keep thinking of the worst. But you really reassured me, it was definitely needed for me to hear the positive things and what you're hoping for and the way you talked about your worries and fears made me feel understood. But also that you said that sometimes you just need to go for it was helping. Thank you so much!
