The International Federation of Football History & Statistics (IFFHS) is an organization that chronicles the history and records of association football. It was founded on 27 March 1984 in Leipzig by Dr. Alfredo Pöge with the blessings of general secretary of the FIFA at the time, Dr. Helmut Käser. The IFFHS was based at Al-Muroor Street 147, Abu Dhabi for some time but, in 2010, relocated to Bonn, Germany.
IFFHS has as its main objective the chronological documentation of world football results, data and football related information on FIFA and confederation tournaments, international and national games, teams, leagues, federations, players and referees.
The IFFHS organize through its members experts federations all over the world-wide voting and statistical data, to determine each year rankings of teams leagues players, referees and promote and establish special events and awards recognized in the world of football.

You are delusional 🤣🤣 I grew up watching both, CR7 is way above. You cant judge a player buy emotions, rather by impact and achievements. R9 was very skillfull, whereas CR7 is the complete package.
