These video's deal mainly with the obsession in finding the limits of going off-road in the Mitsubishi L300 Express van :-)
Please find more L300 offroaders on Facebook "Mitsubishi L300 Offroad". You don't need t have a van to be part of it.
See you there!

The rate our roads are going this'll be the Hume Highway by 2030.
Officiallly the Haflinger never got the TR touring car engine with it. But there are trial conversions that got this 50 HP engine!
This van is gold!!!😍
Dudes right arm is part of the 4x4 package that came as dealer installed equipment. 😂😂😂
Piss por testing, you could ride a bicycle over that terrain and yet the D5 struggled.
hello delica owners! delica in this version, probably the best car. and if it is so modified with your own hands, it's just super. kzread.info/dash/bejne/foyClah7l8aTZpM.html 🙂
If the van flips.. he is going to break his arm.
Have you got air locker or original diff only
honestly, thought the d5 did alright considering it's being pushed outside of what it was engineered to do. These ones are now able to be imported to Canada under the 15 year rule so hoping more d5's pop up on the road and more parts come available for them.
2.4 petrol whats mpg on them engines lads ?
WHY OLD MODEL DID BETTER?
More videos 📹👊👊
They should have put a driver in the cruiser, not sitter.
Good work guys great video. Drop in on your way back down be great to catch up
Dankie jan ek het dit geniet xxxx
Much respect fellas this vid doesn’t do it justice that’s patrol country… was out there last week the climbs are all chewed out hard now seemed everyone had 35-37s in patrols…

He's not stuck. He just likes driving backwards 🤣
Good passion .
Great stuff Martin...

Wow, thanks! It's good to be back, doing the editing and uploading from my phone. Not too sure about the music yet
Wow.
nice
The sand looks firm, there must have been recent rain.
Yes, it was firmer than ever seen before. Small showers indeed plus it's winter with cool nights and maybe some dew in the early morning
is this a FB group?
On Facebook search for Delica The World and see you there!
@@MartinVanMan thanks Im on the Declica club forms...I mostly avoid social media, but it might nice to get involved with others sharing a common vehicle enthusiasm.
Wish I made it, looks awesome! Will try and organise myself better for the next one!
Next time!

It's always good to see the Wombat doing its stuff...
Greatings from Austria! Nice to see😊
Hey, thanks!
It's easy without difflock
What comp truck do you drive?
Bravo, tako se vozi Mitsubishi
Up next my Toyota Quantum up for the challenge. Cape Town South Africa 🌍♥️
If the terrain is too difficult for a mule or a goat, you have to take a Haflinger.
Been off roading since I was a kid. Drove California foothill 4wd "Jeep" trails. In those days, there were NO "lockers"...everything was "open". Been in situations just like this, and had the same kind of trouble this guy did, but as others commented, a better line could have been taken. Have an FJ Cruiser with the electric locker in the rear, but to date it has gotten me in more trouble than out of trouble, priimarily due to mud and snow applications rather than the dry conditions here.
I love to have control over my diff, behaving open or closed. But I agree as long as you can get grip by having enough flex, a good line and grippy tyres a diff lock isn't really needed.
Pleasse MP lukluk na stretim rot😢😢😮
That Mitsubishi van is cool
Great 😉
Hi does QPD number plate have stock suspension? Just curious if it has Diff locks or LSD
I've always wanted a 712!
I rented one of those Haflingers for a week and took it into the Welsh mountains, the thing was like a goat!!
Challenging off-roading with open differentials is a "circus juggler" thing. Open differentials are only used on paved roads, already on a dirt road it is always the case to lock the central one (for those who have it) and when off-road becomes demanding, ALWAYS close all the differentials that can be closed. This is the "serious" way to go off-roading.
"Delica is not a machine, it is a state of mind!" So true!
