Thank you for finding it obnoxious enough to leave a comment and boost it further! Appreciate you and hope all is well enough in your life that you can fill the void in your heart that causes you to leave harsh and unnecessary comments 🫶🏼 xx

the best is using a small spatula to really get every bit of almond butter out of the jar to spread on your toast!

Thank you for sharing your running journey! It is very motivating, I’m getting back to running after 10 years & kids. Could you do a video on all your favorite running gear/apparel from hair tyes down to shoes ? I’ve started to shop for running gear, I just gave the very basics, so many new things on the market, it can be overwhelming. Thank you!!

The Mexican lasagne is actually a lesser known Mexican food called “Pastel Azteca” I’ve been trying to spread the name whenever I see it in recipes because I feel like it has so many English name variations! 😂

I actually have such interesting insight on this. I ran in high school from 2009-2013 and many of us burnt out from the lack of info on sports nutrition for females our age! My entire team lost their period and our coaches thought it was normal. Strength training was not fashionable yet. I didn't accept my college scholarships because I was so tired and needed to fix my hormones. Also we were a very strong team in California which is a highly competitive state (so these were the good coaches) As an experiment, I started training again at 28 and within 12 weeks hit a 5k that would have PRd my freshman year and was faster than what I ran at state senior year. I really don't believe you would be missing out on much fitness and maybe saved your body from burnout by entering at a time with much better information for women!! ❤

Great performance. 👍 From what I understand Boston is a very tough course so therefore extremely hard to run a PR. May I ask what your PR is? 😃

I’m just curious (no judgement), how long did you wait before running after Boston? I’m coming off LA Marathon on 3/17, Kentucky Derby Full last week, and a 5K and Half Marathon back to back today, and I’m trying to gauge my recovery.

This video made me giggle! Laughter can be one of the best ways to beat anxiousness or nervousness! As someone who just started running (I never thought I'd be able to do anything so high impact after a surgery I had a few years ago), I think your channel is so positive and real. I have been looking forward to your Boston video since you shared that you qualified. Fantastic job!
