The Charter aims to improve employment standards across all Greater Manchester employers regardless of size, sector or geography.
At the Charter we recognise Good Employment is a journey, not a destination.
We support employers wherever they are on their journey - whether it’s committing to raising standards, developing good employment, elevating practices further, or mentoring others to do the same.

sodexo is a company that lives on lies! The laziest, nastiest and most unscrupulous employees are given every opportunity. Everything works with who you know and not with what you know! They treat employees like mere numbers! It doesn't matter if you've been there for a year or twenty years. They are nothing more than numbers. In the mind of the management… everything is just a game! They may have a supposed professional leader in the company, but then in other positions below that, they create positions of unscrupulous people without the slightest training to do the dirty jobs while the leader at the top washes their hands! Anyone who is a very good worker at Sodexo, Sodexo has a very special way of rewarding them! Giving more work in the same number of hours and bullying while managers are in the office laughing at everything and everyone. Sodexo looks more like a mafia. It has nothing to do with what they say in their programs. How I say! To get anywhere in Sodexo, you will have to sell your soul to the devil Managers with no dignity in which they live and are paid to reduce the dignity of those who actually produce to nothing, too
