You make it look so easy
Thank you. I love glide month!
Can you do the serpentine stitch with this foot please
How do I get the video? 1:13
We do not have one that will cut this many layers but there are circle cutters with true sharp and olfa! We carry both
What about some in a circle shape?
I was having issues quilting right to left, and backwards. Meagan shared this video with me and my needle bar height was off. This took me less than 15 min to resolve!
Thank you!
This machine is very very reliable. We would not worry about warranty issues. If you had a warranty issue, any dealer you purchase this machine through should support you fully. We have been selling this brand for a while and have had zero warranty claims. Knock on wood now that I said it 😅
📌. Very nice. How has its performance - repairs been ? I'm thinking real hard on this one. But $1,500 + , idk Is it with the investment ? 10-26-23 Tu 🤺💐
* with - worth. 🤺💐
What is the name of this scale
Can you control the stitch width while using the machine with the pedal ? Thank you
Beautiful store I visited on my trip from Toronto, Ontario. Cheers
Thank you ❤️
How does each half of the halved red/white/blue squares have more than half of a square worth of fabric (i.e. the shape is not a perfect triangle, it's a bit more)
Nice to meet you. I recently purchased a scan and cut machine and anxiously awaiting her arrival. I am positive I will be purchasing from your store again because of the quick responses I received from my inquiries. Excellent customer service.
Thanks so much Marlene! ❤️
You're using my aunt's pattern! This is so cool!
That's awesome! It was sew great (ha)
would be a good video if you talked in it..
After pairing, what measurement should I be sewing the first short side? 1/4th?
Hi, when quilting always assume a 1/4" unless otherwise indicated you'll be pretty safe :)

Just what I was looking for Megan. Very nice video-really spot on. Project turned out stellar.
So glad we could help!
What a wonderful series this was all year. Thank you.
So glad you liked it ❤️
you don’t need a see-through mat for that project at all.

Do more tutorials.. please
So nice to meet you! Christine from Maine😊
It's nice to put a face to the name 😉
I love your direction, and easy teaching style. Great video. Thanks for your time. Happy sewing 🧵!
I'm a serial glue baster, but use Elmer's in a precision bottle. Glue basting is terrific on blocks with bias as it stabilizes the bias. And who doesn't love no shifting, no pin distortion or pricks?
do you sell replacement blades for this machine? and if so, can you show us how to replace them?
Hi there, yes we sell the blades. We do encourage you to reach out to a technician. Unfortunately we will not post a video on how to replace them under our dealership requirements.
This doesn't gum up your machine?
Hi no, not really. You will definitely change your needle more often and if you're doing regular maintenance on your machine you should be fine :)
Sepertine stitch , which one is it?
I am straight quilting with my B77, installed new needle, new bobbin and retreaded my machine. Skipping stitches badly. My new needle is a 130/705H. The stitches are very long about every three or four stitches it makes. Settings is set on 2.5. Help please. No where in the book does it show a place that may help me. I have had this so I machine for over a year this is the first time I have had an issue with it.
Hey Foxy. Can you send us a little video or some images to [email protected] and we will try to guide you. Sometimes it's easier when we can see what's going on
Real cute
Thanks! Can't wait to see what you make
Real cute
I do like Glide thread and have several colours, my question is can I use it for piecing because it is lint free, if yes I would also use it on my bobbin.
Yes you can if you wish. I do find if I have to seam rip it leaves shiny bits vs flat bits when we use cotton. Hope I'm articulating that well ;)
@@CottageQuilting ok, thank you for replying and yes you did just fine
Great video
Thanks! Glad you're enjoying them
Слишком большая компания на одну машинку
Thank you very much for this video :)!
Thank you so much for sharing. Do you have a beginners course on this?
Hi Kelly,. We don't have anything online sadly but maybe we should do that!
Thank you so much for this. I had to learn a new method as part of a pattern and the photos didn't help enough.
This what I call, no parenting. Trying to figure out what has already made available in the manual is not a good direction. Couldn’t watch this all the way…
Awe I'm sorry, at let the kids have their own fun with it. We are sorry you didn't like it :(
It’s fast but I can do it.
haha yes yes you can! Pause and complete the next step. It's crazy it took me an hour to shoot the film for a minute long video LOL
I know this is an older video but I am having so much trouble deciding between this machine and a Husqvarna Sapphire 930. I don't quilt but may in the future. Does this machine have Auto presser foot pressure feature? I know it doesn't have Auto tension... Does that seem to be an issue when going from thick to thinner areas? I really like the dual feed feature of this machine as I stitch a lot of knits and am particular about patterned fabrics matching at seams. I'm wondering if the Husqvarna walking foot would be annoying to use as it seems so bulky for this. What are your thoughts, thanks ☺️
I realize this video is 3 + years old, but I had to comment how excited I am to see how it works. I see this ruler in quilt stores many times and wondered how it worked. In my mind I could never figure out so I never purchased it. I thought it was to help you cut out the triangles and it confused me how the fabric could be cut with this ruler... duh Now I get it!! And YES, I see it's value. Lord knows, if your flying geese isn't near perfect it throws the entire quilt off, so this would be very valuable to most quilters. We all know "SQUARING UP" IS THE KEY TO A BEAUTIFUL QUILT. ( no one likes a wonky quilt, unless its your first quilt, wonky quilts are loved. 💖💖
Monica I'm so glad this ruler video helped you - it is a great ruler!!
Excellent and informative video! Thanks so much!
You're so welcome
Just purchased Glide thread, to see what all the fuss was about; within 5 minutes, it is breaking and shredding... 100% poly thread should not break so easily... and it is costly as well, I thought it would be a breeze to use... I also purchased Aurufil thread...will try that today too, to see if I have the same problem.
Hey! Oye I'm sorry to hear you had some troubles. We suggest changing your needle or going up on a needle size. Depending on what you're doing could affect it. Often changing one of those two things will get you sorted! So let us know.
@@CottageQuilting Your answers are vague in the same way I sense you are not polite by saying Hey! Oye meaning listen! Please: Recommend an embroidery needle size, quilting needle size or using the same thread in the bobbin. If someone is asking is because they would like to know the specifics! It is a new thread and I was planning to buy it however, because of your attitude lack of knowledge, the thread brakes speaks loud. The thread was recommended by other sources in a positive way because they are knowledgeable and have the experience. Thanks
@@nildavalencia5524 I'm sorry you feel that I'm rude. Thanks for your feedback, I'll try to be better
@@nildavalencia5524 The reply was exactly what a knowledgeable and experienced person would say: evaluate the needle type and size as that is exactly what causes 90% of problems. The other....tension.
@@CottageQuilting You were not rude in the least. The poster was being a jackass.

Hi . Does B77 have always needle down position whenever it stops?
You can set it to or not. I'll see if I can get another little video for you
@@CottageQuilting thank you. I see in other videos that it is possible to set up
How do you remove the table, from the machine
It slides to the left
Betty, I feel your pain! I had the same problem. Plus, I could not get the binder to stay aligned with the presser foot. I found a video by Thread Play from Denver which goes thru fitting the binder properly step-by-step. I also watched Sew Shelly Quilts using the binder attachment and closely observed how she manages the quilt prep and feed into the binder. These two videos brought me success with the # 88 binder and I love the results. Shelly also used the Bernina #3 foot with her binder. I tried it and it seemed to offer more consistency of the feed dog pull. Hope these suggestions help.
Thanks for the video. I’m a new Bernina 590 owner. I watch the 570 videos since they’re aren’t many on the 590.
You're welcome
