This machine is very very reliable. We would not worry about warranty issues. If you had a warranty issue, any dealer you purchase this machine through should support you fully. We have been selling this brand for a while and have had zero warranty claims. Knock on wood now that I said it 😅

I'm a serial glue baster, but use Elmer's in a precision bottle. Glue basting is terrific on blocks with bias as it stabilizes the bias. And who doesn't love no shifting, no pin distortion or pricks?

I know this is an older video but I am having so much trouble deciding between this machine and a Husqvarna Sapphire 930. I don't quilt but may in the future. Does this machine have Auto presser foot pressure feature? I know it doesn't have Auto tension... Does that seem to be an issue when going from thick to thinner areas? I really like the dual feed feature of this machine as I stitch a lot of knits and am particular about patterned fabrics matching at seams. I'm wondering if the Husqvarna walking foot would be annoying to use as it seems so bulky for this. What are your thoughts, thanks ☺️

I realize this video is 3 + years old, but I had to comment how excited I am to see how it works. I see this ruler in quilt stores many times and wondered how it worked. In my mind I could never figure out so I never purchased it. I thought it was to help you cut out the triangles and it confused me how the fabric could be cut with this ruler... duh Now I get it!! And YES, I see it's value. Lord knows, if your flying geese isn't near perfect it throws the entire quilt off, so this would be very valuable to most quilters. We all know "SQUARING UP" IS THE KEY TO A BEAUTIFUL QUILT. ( no one likes a wonky quilt, unless its your first quilt, wonky quilts are loved. 💖💖

Just purchased Glide thread, to see what all the fuss was about; within 5 minutes, it is breaking and shredding... 100% poly thread should not break so easily... and it is costly as well, I thought it would be a breeze to use... I also purchased Aurufil thread...will try that today too, to see if I have the same problem.

Hey! Oye I'm sorry to hear you had some troubles. We suggest changing your needle or going up on a needle size. Depending on what you're doing could affect it. Often changing one of those two things will get you sorted! So let us know.

Please: Recommend an embroidery needle size, quilting needle size or using the same thread in the bobbin. If someone is asking is because they would like to know the specifics! It is a new thread and I was planning to buy it however, because of your attitude lack of knowledge, the thread brakes speaks loud. Betty, I feel your pain! I had the same problem. Plus, I could not get the binder to stay aligned with the presser foot. I found a video by Thread Play from Denver which goes thru fitting the binder properly step-by-step. I also watched Sew Shelly Quilts using the binder attachment and closely observed how she manages the quilt prep and feed into the binder. These two videos brought me success with the # 88 binder and I love the results. Shelly also used the Bernina #3 foot with her binder. I tried it and it seemed to offer more consistency of the feed dog pull. Hope these suggestions help.
