Hi, I retired and I like to play city building games and new and old RPGs. Gaming has long been one of my hobbies and I am going to try create a few videos just for the fun of it. I also want to try to learn how to edit video but I expect a big learning curve. I am a total noob so I would greatly appreciate any suggestions for improvements to game play or recordings. Im using megamod 9 too, when I place farm around 30x30 or more and clicked them game always crashed😢
I've only played vanilla Banished... When I'm done the achievements, I'll try the mods... The new textures, wildflowers... love it! Thanks for sharing,
I haven't played with mods yet on Banished. I tried to kill two achievements in one game, no school or trader for 300 pop... complete disaster lol ... thanks for the content I enjoyed watching and learning :)
You ever plant hegdes for food? It's in that same row as the nuts and farm plots you're using.
Yes. "Foundation is really a top game if you like urban planning. It takes place in ancient times where you have to be able to meet three types of positions. That is, if you like difficult challenges. But it is not mandatory. These are: 1) The Civil position, 2) the Church position; and 3) the Royal position. The further along in the game, the more becomes available. Jewelry smith, Gold smith, Candle making, etc. You also work with a bailiff who you can send to rocks to investigate. Then he tells you what has been found. Gold in the rocks, marble, iron ore, quartz, etc. The people make their own sidewalks, you can place buildings as you wish. By this I mean that they do not have a specific fixed grade on which you have to place them. You can turn them in an angle that suits you best. Without mods it is a fantastic game, but with mods you can do a lot more. If you have a lot of imagination you can really let your mind work like a real architect .My fantasies are endless. I never get tired of playing. Let's just say I'm addicted to it. I've played with it for over 7,000 hours and I feel like I'm not even halfway through what I envision in my imagination to achieve. If you want I can provide you with some screenshots. As for "Banished", this was another fantastic episode. The merchant ships in particular are a nice addition to the eye. Thank you.

Nice episode. I think you did a good job building a farm and a few domains to sell cattle for meat. The church and the large chapel also make the area more attractive. I enjoyed it. I look forward to the sequel. Still 4000 residents to go! LOL 👍

It was exciting again. Megamod9 is a heavy mod. I have a fairly heavy computer with an NVidea 3090 RTX motherboard, 4K Revolution, 240 MHz, 128GB RAM, an Intel Core I9 processor and four water cooling systems. With megamod9 my computer crashes. I think Megamod9 asks too much of the computer or something went seriously wrong when installing it. Although I have already uninstalled and reinstalled it 3 times. I'm eagerly awaiting Ep5. Thank you.
That does sound like a great computer. It should be fine to run Megamod 9. The tricky thing is to load the mod parts in a very specific way. Part 1 at the top and the other 6 parts in descending order. There is a short "how to" video in the tutorial playlist that you can reference. There will be an occasional crash but it should work for you. Good luck.

Wow. What a busy but at the same time an exciting episode this was. The Nomads offered themselves in such numbers that it was crazy. So you're right that you forwarded it once and didn't include it in your city. Otherwise you would only be busy building houses. I'm curious whether you will also find the time to introduce fauna and flora to your city. A large church or cathedral would also be fantastic. I'm eagerly awaiting episode 4. See you then!.
There were a lot of nomads from that signpost for sure but we have the food so why not give them a home I say. I will for a church for part 5 on Saturday. Thank you!
Nuts are OP but it seems people don't eat them much as inventory fills fast with them.
I have noticed that too. I think trading them is going to work well.
Exciting episode. It's a shame about the less good start in the beginning, where eight deaths occurred. But your new colony of nomads will more than make up for this.

Hi, this is a mod called Megamod 9. It is in the steam workshop in 7 parts and contains over 400 mods in a giant mod pack. It’s a lot of fun!
I once saw, a week or two ago, that you had done a live streaming at the same time on KZread. But it didn't get through. KZread did not mention a reason.

Well... Must say. Its tight its good, u respecting the terrain. ! Now,slowly progres with ppl , with farms , remember about cosmetics in forest and good placment of forester. Also - when everything looks "nice" roads ect ect... People get less confused what too do and where to go ! - rly , like in real life. ANd less clicking , less priority...they rly know what too do without your help :) Look at them sometimes...how they react too themself(tasks) and when u give them job... Watchin :) Overall ! gr8 job

What a beautiful episode. The Christmas spirit is already starting to set in. Too bad the deer pulling the bobsled doesn't have more decorations. Such as lights, chains, etc. But this series will certainly be an end-of-year highlight.

Very sorry. This is a bit disappointing about the Banished game. It's not the first time I've seen the game crash on a player and myself. The problem has been known to the makers for many years. Yet they appear to be unable to solve this. Nature can be harsh and unforgiving. LOL. I hope you will do your new game in the same style.

Exciting episode. If I evolve the game correctly, is it true that if you order a product from a tralor "any product" then the product is sold much more expensive than the same product costs if the tralor offers it on its own?
If you order and item there is an extra cost (I think 50% rounded up). It is still worth it to order things like logs, stone and iron because you can always turn them into more expensive trade goods to sell back to the trader and make a net profit. Thank you for watching!

Been having fun doing this but did finally break down and build a village hospital since I could not find a physician in the available mods.
Makes me happy to see you doing this fun challenge. I found a sauna in (I think) one the forest themes that appears to be a hospital.
