The truth about life and things come thru intuition and inner guidance. Gradual unfolding of purpose and destiny come. My energy level has improved drastically even after a month or two. I feel more emotional clarity and stability. So many Sages and Geniuses practiced this for decades silently and humbly. Test it and your values will upgrade leading to success and possible greatness.

I was brainwash by fasting, I did so much fasting and keto too only to be always tired first off you need carbs and eating a few times a day is best. For protein boron is good too pomegranate smoothies, veggie soup broccoli cauliflower, spinach, onion garlic mix in a blender to do a cream. I am 52 now and also been advise to cut some carbs not going overboard and of course sugar junk food etc.
