I recently purchased this retinol, but I haven’t used it on my face yet because I’ve never used this high a percentage before and I’m kind of nervous haha 🫣 I tried it on my wrists and behind my ears tonight and I feel totally fine so far, so I’m hoping to try it out on my face tomorrow night. yes it is safe but it should be less than 5% if you are beginner and have deeper skin tone.

i don't think so... it dosen't have ingredients that can help to reduce melanin on the skin. but it helps with moisturising the skin.
