@@richsmith3300 I had to change mine because the key was getting Jammed. Also you need to replace if key is to loose. They ping it on rego check sometimes. Tried it, but it is very stiff stuff. More like plastic than rubber. The flange is stepped to fit various CV joints. Problem is, one step was too large and could not be clamped down to fit as it was too stiff. The next smaller step was too small and would not stretch at all to fit. Threw it away and instead used one of those stretchy slip-over boots

This is a great video! I used your guidance as a step by step to remove and replace the evaporator on my 1990 HDJ81. I was dreading the task but it ended up being not too bad. A lot of work just for a cleaning though. My evaporator was trashed and was really dirty and full of crud. I just got a new one from Impex, no issues with the install. Yes, my AC system had R12 which I had evacuated and am doing an upgrade to R134a. Thanks again for your videos!

I had the 2 person version of this tent. Great tent, I really loved it. Unfortunately, after 3 years of intensive use, one of the poles broke. I use it only for bikepacking. With the 2 person tent, I sometimes felt it was too big, so to save some weight, I would buy the 1 person version next. (Not in this orange colour, which is not ideal for stealth camping 🙂)

Hey mate, cheers for the advice. Would you recommend using something a bit more sturdy than thread tape to make the adjustment last longer, or even just weld them in place? Cheers
@blackllama1Ай бұрын
I wouldn’t weld them. You still need them to be adjustable. Once welded as your pads ware you will lose your handbrake. I just use this to prevent the adjustment being able to wind back and loosen off. Thread tape is probably the easiest. But you could use string or electrical tape. Anything that will pack in behind the thread and stop it winding back.

Yes it’s later and I am still not sure what they are for.😂 I haven’t found anywhere they are needed. I just purchased 10 more of these and took them out of the bags as the kids just leave them on the ground. Only thing I can think of is that they go on the peg end of the ropes for visibality.
