It’s a shame it ended so abruptly with season 3. I wanted to know what happened with Pauline and the other girls. Does the book end like that as well? It’s how I got into New Order and was one of my all time fave shows. Watched it with my nan. Had quite a crush on Keith Allen aka sexy rexy lol 😍
@lec0roh9 ай бұрын
Hiya - I've got the book. The book is basically Series 1 in a novel, pretty much series 1 word for word. Actually, on the back of the book it says "now a popular TV series" so it would suggest that the book came before the TV series. I agree with you about series 3, there were so many storylines (especially Pauline, which wod have obviously been a sad ending) that could have been followed up in. Indeed, our Margi herself has often said that she wished that more Making Out had been made. It's good they put it on iPlayer, certainly not before time, either.

The acting, the writing 🩷 Yes it would have been awesome to find out what happened with Pauline and Jill etc I NEED MORE!! @@corinnevanessa22 yes indeed, agreed on all counts! Yeah you should try and purchase the book, I got mine from Amazon. Have you seen Margi's interview yet on iPlayer? It's pretty good, but like the series, I wish there was more of it! 🙂 I'm also re-watching series 1 as it's being re-aired on BBC FOUR, there are another few episodes on next Wednesday (15th). I'm hoping there will be series 2 and 3 re-aired as well, especially series 3 as that's never been repeated. It's funny but even though I've seen it, it was a real novelty actually watching it ON TV, and even seeing it in the TV listings seemed special! 🙂

Great to see 658 out running about. 10 secs in the throttle Dip is getting commanded to operate but nothing happens and the bus does slip change from 4th to 5th... its odd as it works correctly at 26 seconds.... I noticed this when it was running at SVBM too. You want to look at the that as it will be causing unwanted wear on the gearbox. Likely the valve need to come off and get cleaned.
