I was hoping this would be click bait 😢 Natacha I've learned so much from you. I pull much inspiration from you. Your videos have helped me and given me motivation for my own fitness journey. I value your opinion, believe in your expertise, and appreciate that you are always honest. I'll miss your videos. I hope soul searching leads you back here.

As much as I (and so many others) adore your kind, uplifting aura on KZread, we fully know your mental health and wellbeing are crucial. I'll miss you SO MUCH. I hope you come back when you're healed and ready; but if not, THANK YOU for being a wholly beautiful person and helping me LOVE fitness, nutrition, and most importantly, myself.

I never comment on youtube videos but I just want to share that today I'm crying with you. You have no idea on the positive impact you had in my life, you are one of the most inspiring people I saw on any platform. I wish you the very best on any of your future endeavors, I KNOW you are going to be great at everything you do. I will dearly miss your content, even the silly videos where we got to see few pieces of yours and Mario's life. Goodbye legend❤❤❤❤

This is so sad 😭 However, I'm excited for you to travel and reassess what you want. Just know that you are such a light for myself and sooo many others. You're inspiring, helpful, intelligent, and bring a smile to my face. You've played such a huge role in my journey by changing my relationship with food. I struggled with anorexia my whole life and, along with therapy, you have taught me so much about how I can accomplish my goals while nourishing my body. Your CUT program totally helped me lose weight while not restricting. Thank you, thank you, THAK YOU!

Dear Natacha, Thank you for your time and energy, amd not least for saying goodbye. I watched my first Natacha video in 2017, shortly after my father’s passing. Your positive attitude and your courage to just be you helped me find my own feet. Life provides us with ups and downs. You deserve to just be you for a while. I’ll miss you and Mario, you have unwittingly become online family ♥️

I could trust you completely. It was not only the science but also the person that you are. You are genuine and it’s easy to tell. Thank you for being you. I have learnt a lot and wish nothing but the best for you. I am sure you will sparkle and dazzle in all your future endeavours!

I wish you all the best in the world Natacha. You're such an inspiration with your perseverance and also, or maybe more importantly, your realness. That's so refreshing in a world where we all 'have to' pretend our lives are always amazing and everything always goes smoothly. You taught me that being fit doesn't mean that I always have to count calories and have a certain percentage of bodyfat or can lift a certain amount of weight. You made it possible for me to really enjoy sports instead of just using it as a means to an end. And I'm grateful for that. You are a gem. And I'll miss your video's and inspiration. Thank you.

Thank you for uploading through all these years. You’ve been and are such an inspiration - as a woman in STEM You have inspired me and kept me active when I was at my lowest your training guides have helped me through the hard times and kept me consistent- but the training guides have also been with me at my best. Through diffcult biomedicine studies and during easier summer breaks your videos have inspired me to keep being active and pursue my goals. So thank you for being you and for the cotent you made through the years ❤ Maybe we’ll meet at lab or at a conference or maybe a casual ironman race (my long term goal someday!) Keep on rocking and i believe in you and your journey! ✨✨❤️

I never usually comment on videos, and I feel like I fell into the Oceane club late in the game, but it didn't stop me from getting a little weepy at this. Your courage and compassion have been such a positive force in rebuilding my love of fitness and nutrition. One really important question - where's the waiting list for the Grandma's Lifting Club? I would like to join in 50 years, please.
