The ship from Mortal Kombat 11
Hamilton was the preferred West Coast base to be assigned. It was beautiful when there were hundreds of airmen to keep it maintained. The flight of B-17's that landed at Pearl Harbor on Dec. 7, 1941 flew from Hamilton. Great memories of airshows every year. The hangers were used in dozens of movies locations. Indiana Jones, The Right Stuff and many commercials.
@@jamesallen8418 Wow, I never knew all that. Thanks for your comment.
I want to go to this!!!😂🎉🙌
You definitely should.
I always love a Bolinas parade and tug-o-war. Such a tight comunity! The seat in what would be the truck area, is called a rumble seat. My dad had a rare Ford model B with that and I rode in it a lot. Nice bunch of dirt bikes! Good music afterwards. .Bolinas is such a cool place!
I'm glad you enjoyed my video. See you next year.
Very good presentation of this boat!
Thank you so much. It was so nice having a Roosevelt show me around.
Janis Joplin walked that same sidewalk when she was living down in the Haight.
@@armandogonzales9304 Amazing!!
What kind of double neck acoustic guitar was that ?
Great Video!
@@andycampbell91 Thank you. I'm glad you enjoyed it.
Nice intro Paul! Double win for Bolinas! Love it!
@@woodypope7421 Thank you!
Stationed at the USCG Pacific Strike Team from 1980 - 83. Airfield w.as still active used by the Army for some Beechcraft’s that they had there. Coast Guard C130’s would fly in for loading exercises with our oil pollution response equipment. Parts of The Right Stuff was filmed there. Novato has changed a bit over the years, gone are Golden Egg Omelet Shop, train station and Will Liebs Chicken Ranch on Hill Road.
Thanks for your insights on Hamilton. I've lived in Novato for 14 years and I'm still learning.
Chippin in on that hole bud
Where you at laketahoe
Yes
You know I love trains! Really like the home made airplane engine he started for you. So many small trains and boats! Loved it!
@@woodypope7421 it was a great day.
That train looked way too long for it's size but had the longest ride I think I've seen for a park train. I always love trains.
Where the term balls to the wall came from
Accept
That's pretty
Bob Marley wasn't assassinated he died of cancer.
I know that now after watching the movie. Thanks
I was stationed at a Nike site in S. Korea in the '60s
Wow, I bet you have some stories to tell.
Thx, that’s my 59 ElCamino
Beautiful car.
WOW
All Greek history. What are you doing with my stuff?
return the slab dude
Kool😊
He was so called a black man
What about Johnny Cash?
1968 is better I was born
Seems like 1959 was the best year for guitars? Just less made that year?
I was told it was the P-90 pickups that gave it that special sound.
I like the heavy metal guitars
It is amazing isn't it.
Very interesting story. Some people make lemonade from lemons dealt them.
Yes, you're right.
I guess Ramses had syphilis... 😬
I thought grave 🪦 robbing was a crime., but I see the white man can dig up anybody grave if he wants to
Nice ceremony Paul! As a boy alive during WWII, we were taught in school all those songs the trumpeters played. Like the fly-over and that they were all prop panes. Nice skyline shot of SF from the Hornet.
How many miles is it in total start to finish?
It's probably about a 1.5-mile round trip if you park below the falls on the Bolinas Fairfax road.
MOST INTERESTING!
CIA........hahahahaha!!!!! There is so much misinformation here, i lost about 50 brain cells watching it.
1895? 😧
WOW!! The artist who made this wax figure was brilliant! Unbelievable likeness!!
I can’t imagine how people felt after a long, long ride.
Their butt's hurt.
every time I hear a train it takes me back to being a kid waiting to see what the train was gonna look like as it passed.
Me too, I would wait in Capitola for the freight trian to come over the trestle.
This gave me the best laugh! I wonder how old it is?
I think it said it was from the 40s..
@@Bayareaandbeyond777looks 1920ish to me
Gorgeous!
Another good find Paul, the pilot was very interesting. Amazing military planes.Hedge Hog. I love P-51s! The plane with the pancake on top is made by Gruman. I designed some of it's electronics in the 60's while working for Collins Radio.
Two dweebs with no money!! Awesome, cool …NOT
I used to live on Fitzpatrick lane years ago (80's) and am very familiar with this forest. At the very end of Fitzpatrick lane, past the fence there's an old fake house setup left over from an old Disney filming scene. I never got the details on that.
Disney filming scene sounds interesting. My wife loves Disney. Thank you for that.
@@Bayareaandbeyond777 Oh great! Little known funny trivia: Charles Schulz had a gated property at the end of Coffee Lane with the name in iron letters on the side of the gate that spelled, "Coffee Grounds." I used to drive by Coffee Lane daily on my commute from Occidental.
Sounded great but where was the keyboard part?
Good question
Considering the barrel ends and the way they are spaced apart those are more likely 50 caliber machines guns witch were standard issue are prop engines air craft of the time
Those are 12.7mm not 50
Thanks for your knowledge.
We have one of these on a stand in front of the national guard armory in my town
What town?
