  This kind of organization is really a great help to the local government or community. Civic groups are part of every community where they are based but their activities transcend beyond borders. I hope Metro Cebu Development Authority will be signed soon in Congress and Senate so that this massive cleanup activity on our coastal areas can be addressed by the local governments covering Metro Cebu area. We can't simply rely on civic groups to clean our coastal areas or our neighborhoods.
