How much the HOA? HOw far from the International Airport ? Or train? Are there markets, stores.?
Hello! HOA and CDD info is at the 7:44 mark.. the community is about 35-45 mins from the airport depending on traffic. There's a walmart, publix and much more all within a 10 minute drive of the community!
Like the pops of color on exteriors Layouts are nice Prefer 42 in cabinets in kitchen But tge prices are great

Pulte is selling almost a MILLION dollar homes with a beautiful landfill view 😂😂😂 The orange county landfill is right across the highway. Do you know how harmful that is to your health?? This builder has no shame, extremely overpriced. I wonder how much Pulte paid for that land? I mean, I would think that land next to the landfill should be worthless.
I remember when St. Cloud didn't have any new developments. It's nice to see the progress.
The growth there is unbelievable, just like the rest of central Florida. Some people love it and some hate it though. Thanks for watching by the way! 🙌🏽
@@thefriendlyregroup Yea, when I was younger I didn't really appreciate the drive to get there and some of the road was deserted. Partin Settlement was the biggest estate in that area and that was about it.

How much is the KB 1989 Model? What communities have them in Clermont area?
Hello! The 1989 starts around $450,000 for the floor plan, then add the lot premium and upgrades.. it’s currently only sold at The Sanctuary. They’re also selling it at Bellaviva in Davenport. Jomar the only problem is the houses come with many problems according to many videos homeowners posted on KZread terrible quality after closing the builder doesn't answer the phone when the difficulties start it is about all builders nationwide no exception
Hey Gabriel! I totally understand your point of view. I’m in a brand new home myself and have been fortunate to not have any major issues and the small issues were resolved immediately. I do know that there are major problems sometimes but I’m also aware that the only people really making videos or writing about their experiences are the ones that have problems. Builders sell hundreds of thousands per home per year and the reviews/ customer satisfaction online would be much more pleasant if everyone took the time to express their experiences… not just the negative ones. All in all, I definitely understand where you’re coming from but I don’t think that those experiences that the few have represent the majority of us. If that were the case, those builders would go out of business quickly
