  Wait is it only connect to SIM CARD network??? My cats are indoor cats, and there is Wifi at home. Why i can't connect to WiFi . So i have to buy for each cat a SIM CARD and then do an Internet subscription for each device ..? If this is the case, this device is useless

  I bought the SE on Amazon, they had a flash sale. I like it, controlling on my phone and camera is awesome. If I had one complaint is that it struggles to back perfectly straight to charge in its docking station. It finds the docking station ok but when it spins around and tries to dock, I’d say it’s only less than half successful and tries many attempts before finally getting it right. Other than that it’s a cool gadget. I’d love if there was an outdoor version that was all weather and all terrain capable to scare the night time animals raccoons and possums from my yard. That would be awesome. I love all kinds of robots, recently also bought a robot mower that mows the back yard, and does a great job too.

  There is no option to select a device now... the ES will not connect to the internet and everything is fine. Password, network, connection. Everything is good but still will not connect.

  I sincerely hope you have improved GREATLY the AI recognition feature, because on my Ebo AIR this is completely useless. Most of the time it loses track of the cat, or is aimlessly looking for one, or changes from one cat to another, or keeps moving back and forth for no reason, or goes back way too much and then gets stuck on the wall..... Not to mention, Ebo AIR is not able to record if it's not on the base, which is simply LAME for a motorized camera. I would bet this Rola is just another "very nice" product which actually fails to deliver once you spend all that money and have it delivered to your door. Lastly... you're charging FORTY DOLLARS for an add-on of ball toys which doesn't even really have any movement besides the original bot's moves? Quite expensive, uh? I hope it at least comes with a bunch of extra butterflies, because my cats ATE the toy feathers that came with the AIR in the first few minutes. PS: did you ever try to do some international research? ROLA is a dirty word for the masculine organ down here in Brazil LOL

  Tutorial? It's way too fast and no audio to explain the task. My Ebo doesn't read the QR code when I put it front of it. When I scan the QR code that's in the owners manual it say 'error'. i was told that if that didn't work to buy a new one!
