Fun Times!! It's what these CTs are made for. Thanks for sharing with us! I have a 22' CT, and I'm just reaching 26,000 miles on it. Runs as good as new still. That seems like an Awesome area to ride. Happy Trails!

Was good riding with you again Mark, it's been a while. I put in quite a few miles that day, rode over and back home and I was feeling it for a few days after. I always forget to tell you when I see you thanks for sharing all of your tracks and waypoints with me all these years. I have shared a lot of these places with Heidi and the girls and they still ask me "how did you know about this place", well some I have found on my own but most have come from riding with you guys on and off for the last 20 some odd years..

I have explored on bicycle many of the old gravel roads near my home on the west side of Missouri near Excelsior Springs and other small towns in the area. As a new dual sport enthusiast (I bought a DR650 for my 60th birthday, having not ridden in 50 years), I have come across so many of these bridges, which I often think of as farm bridges, as it seems they are there really to accommodate farm machinery. Always nice to stop in the middle and look down into the water. I think I will look for any signs of their origin and build and document them. Someone may find that interesting. I mix the gravel rides in with my ham radio hobby, stopping in nice areas to throw up a wire antenna and send some Morse code through the ether. It's old school and kinda retro (even though Morse code is very popular now), much like the old bridges in your videos. Thanks for taking us along.

I actually, did not know that they ever got that big. When that thing is all bloomed out, it would make me think about crossing the big river to see it. Come see me sometime. Thanks Tom

Excellent video, well edited and interesting. I watched it to the end and enjoyed the whole ride. Instead of putting a "bridge out" sign on that first little bridge, they should have put a "weight limit 1,000 pounds" on it. It looked like it was still in pretty good shape.

Great Adventure Mark. Im couple Hrs North of ya in Shelbyville Illinois. Me and my friend rode to ur house a few years ago to meet you. 2017 I think it was. Thanks to you, I have based a tremendous amount of my rides based on what you have already done. I already rode long trips. But you really opened up a much larger world to me and I thank you for that. Im almost 53 and consider myself semi retired at this point in my life. I spend most cold winter night on ADV rider and Google earth Planning trips. I still have ur number, Ill get ahold of ya this spring when it warms up and ride down to catch up and visit for awhile. Thanks for sharing !

Mark, Great video, and I was thinking the same about my trail rides.. Like you, I ride better than I walk, and at 76, I ask myself in the middle of every trail ride, "Should I really be out here by myself?" The problem is, I don't know anyone who lives near me that rides. It's probably time i do something about that. The weather here is is the opposite of yours. It just turned into prime riding season here, and that will last until mid-May. Many of the State Forest trails here are only open during hunting season, and hunting season has just started, so now is the time to ride here in central Florida.
