It started with just going to Utah and added much more. We were winging it after Zion. 2 days per national park, using Google and an app called atlas Obscura to find off the beaten path things.

West of the Rockies is so beautiful, I do not know why anyone would live anywhere else... I am glad they do tho!! ;) ;)

It’s gorgeous for sure but I could never live there. Too dry and dusty. I love the mountains and trees myself.

DO NOT APPROACH MANATEES, PARTICULARLY THOSE FOUND RESTING. DO NOT SWIM OR HOVER OVER MANATEES. These are wild animals, not petting zoo livestock. Manatees are here in the winter to survive. DO NOT DISTURB.
