    Always great reviews Kyle. TKC 80 on GS 1200, love it on and off road. Inspires confidence with superb compound grip, braking , turning, and accelerating Too bad they're discontinuing this legendary tire.

    I typically put bits of meat in the tank and it really gives this bike the extra boost that it needs. I find that using leaner cuts of meat bits is better than fattier pieces though those work better than nothing!

    Hi I've heard a lot about the thickness of the rubber used on dual sport bikes like my BMW 650 gs Sertao . I ride mostly off road with short blacktop riding to get to the next off road trail . I have heard that the thicker tubes get really hot when traveling highway speeds on blacktop . I have even seen the tire getting so hot it melts the tire from the inside and the outer knobbies will separate when using the uber duty tubes . What thickness should I use for dual sport riding with mostly off road with rocky trails ? Also can you give me a item number for a 130/80-17 tire size and 3.00-17 rim size in the rear and 90/90- 21 tire size and 1.60- 21 rim size . I have the motoz desert H/t tires front and back . I ride pretty slow so I'm wanting to use the heavy duty if you don't think they will get to hot .

    I bought this used 895 miles, bank repo. with no warranty as is! Never again!!! I was told it was used for plowing snow only but but whoever had it before me had an accident crack defender and never made a payment. I thought it was a great machine when I test drove it. I took out an extended warranty but nothing is covered on wearable parts. I will never buy another used ORV ever! I own this 2021 gray CFMOTO ZFORCE 500 trail. My 1st ride the drive clutch went out. Parts are not readily available for this machine & it took 3 1/2 months to get the part. I drove it less than 50 miles with new drive clutch and the motor needed new pistons and rings. I month and less than 100 miles later, there is a loud rattle in the engine and it was out of oil. No leaks but out of oil. I

    Damn, I hate to see so much work is left to the local dealers. This explains why my brand new KLX 300 had its front fender flopping around the first dirt road I hit, after driving an hour to get there.... I discovered it only had 2 of 4 bolts holding it on. Dealership prep was apparently faulty. I came here to learn if Kawi or the dealer f-d up before I ask the dealer about it. Guess I better go over everything else they did too. Pisses my off. Kawi should know better.

    I live in Taiwan and I'm getting my hands on this bike in the mid-future. Im assuming it will be shipped with the display in Mandarin (makes sense for them to ship it set to the first-language of the country in question). Is there a way to change the language of the DCT display so I can see the display/mode information in English?

    This has to be the worst bike review I've ever seen. He had no idea how anything worked on it, didn't realise that it is restricted to 100 mph and repeatedly red lined a bike with zero miles on it. I pity whoever bought it after that. Pathetic.

I mean the whole “review” is like he was reading off some press junket, not even written by Husqvarna…

    If you would use rear sprocket just 5-6 teeth larger you would hit more than 90 - did that on 2007 cause you never get red line rpm with this setup, not enough horse power, yes you would need to extend the chain

After not riding for 44 years and finally getting my kids through college and on their own, I’m back in the saddle again!! No friction zones and shift timing to worry about, just situational awareness and enjoy the ride! Awesome review, thanks! 👏👍

    I know I'm quite late to the party - but wouldn't this lowering method cause more preload? As the springs are kept the same (not shorter), only the shock will travel lesser distance so effectively compressing the spring more.

  • @lukasraus3391
    @lukasraus33914 ай бұрын

    springs are same but on the shock you simply move the preload adjuster and in the fork that plastic piece 3:55 is taller than the new piece from lowering kit (spring is pushing on this part) so that will compesate the spring length to correct preload

  • @kovrcek
    @kovrcek4 ай бұрын

    @@lukasraus3391 oh like that make sense. hopefully you don't need the softest setting on the shock as I understand that will be lost (be a little a harder than before like I thought). forks I guess have also preload adjustment so you compensate with that, correct?

  • @lukasraus3391
    @lukasraus33914 ай бұрын

    @@kovrcek there will be no change on the spring preload at all - on the shock - preload adjuster will compansate the lowering kit and on the fork you simpy lower the fork but makes more room inside the fork for the spring (thx to that silver part from the kit) so preload of the spring stay same so the setting of the fork/shock is the same as before lowering kit

  • @kovrcek
    @kovrcek4 ай бұрын

    @@lukasraus3391 thanks for your patience. ok I think I get the forks now. But still the rear shock spring stays the same so yeah you can compensate with preload but you are moving the softest preload setting up a little bit. As the initial preload setting (when the knob is zero is now maybe 2 clicks harder). So you lose a little bit on the softest setting and "get" a little harder on the hardest settings. I'm just curious cause I want to buy this machine and I'm only 178cm so would like to lower it and weighing all the options out there.
