  In northern Virginia you can't get a 1 bedroom condo for that price. I live in a 4 bedroom house that's 3,500 square feet. It is 1.5 mil.

  C' est neuf, tout beau, un tout petit peu trop de blanc....la mer en face ? Bravo pour le style, les matériaux aussi je pense mais est-ce bâti selon les normes anti-sismique ? Un peu plus de verdure pour le jardin svp. On n' a pas vu le restant des pièces, garage/s, chambres, débarra etc... Merci pour ce bel aperçu sur KZread
