This is a fantastic technique! Beautiful
Thank you so much!
Wow. Finally a video! Or maybe I can never find your stuff. All the crime stuff takes up the entire feed. Thank you so much. I like the black and white!
LOL turn notifications on for sure! Happy to see you!
Thank you so much, I've got layering stencils and can see possibilities for using with my under used background stamps 😊
YES! I hope you enjoy!
Found you from SCS, love this technique, it opens up a world of possibilities- even dry embossing with stencil first to help. Very very cool, thanks so much.
OOH I like the dry embossing idea a lot!
Thank you so much for this review!
You are so welcome!
Not sure if I like all the bold graphic black & white, but I think it's a cool concept nonetheless. I would probably use different, or at least softer, colors. I don't have much in the way of layering stencils, & I doubt any of those I have would be "open" enough to work for this. But I can see doing a similar thing with just regular stencils with large openings, or die cut shapes in masking paper or whatever & use that as a stencil. Thank you for sharing, Lydia! I hope y'all & the kitties are doing well & staying cool. Take care, & have a fantastic day! :)
It was their sweet 16 yesterday!
Way cool, TFS
Thank you!
What a great idea and another way to change the dynamic of the stencil so that it isn't always the same. Love this and thanks so much.
Thanks so much!
Fabulous 👌
thank you!
That is a gorgeous set of laying stencils, do you mind if I ask where you got them from please?
Sure - if you click "more" in the description I always list all my supplies
Super neat, unique technique. Love it and plan to case it for sure. TFS💜
Yay! Enjoy!
I loved all the extra detail on your card. The tape was the cherry on top. I don’t think I have as much patience but it turned out so great I might have to give my nerves a test. 😊💕 awesome card.
You can do it!
Thanks for sharing the technique
My pleasure 😊
Cool idea Lydia! Love it!
Thank you! 😊
What a great technique. Like you, I just loved the black and white version without any color in it. I do love "tangling", also so could relate very well to your design. Great video and will try this one for sure. Thanks.
Thank you - black and white is my fave!!
Clever technique! I don't think I have any cover dies but I can see using this with shapes, etc.. I look forward to trying it. Thanks.
I hope you have fun!
Love the eagle ❤

Luminance are a mix between wax and oil, polychromos are oil based pencils, prismacolor are wax based pencils. I know the video is old, but i feel like it's important information 😅 other then that, i really enjoyed your video and it helped me out a lot. Thank you !!

These flowers are gorgeous! I loved your process and explanation. I may be able to try something like this, although, just started some water coloring. Thanks so very much.

Oh my goodness, this is absolutely STUNNING! I would have been scared to try that thinking it would have ruined the already beautiful ink blending but it took it from pretty to WOW! Thank you so much for sharing!
Thank you so much!
Gorgeous! Thank you for walking us through your thought process.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Gorgeous! I love Morning Glories as well. Growing up I remember my mother always planted MG seeds. I loved just standing and looking at the beautiful flowers. Thank you so much for sharing this very informative tutorial. So very inspiring.
Me too! Core memory!
Love those vintage planes! They remind me of my childhood and the 'roadmap' behind them makes the card. :)
Thank you!
Wow! I love that background! At first I thought my KZread feed was being corrupted. Loved the funny clips thrown in. 😅
hahah
