Do you have any plastic-free tips on freezing fish? I plan to store my fish in glass containers, but I want to stack my fishes (I have 100g cut for one meal and store them in one container). Previously, I stored in plastic containers and used plastic separators to stack.

My dad was from some small inkspot in Kentucky and I've never been to it nor talked with anyone from your state. I've been under the impression as of late that, we're just about hopeless and lost, until, I saw and listened to this ... I thought, most of the youth of our nation didn't care and couldn't be bothered to do anything for the nation or others. I see now how wrong I've been. I can't even get the words of this out of my mouth because its just an instant rain cloud of hope, and love of the nation and the people that make us who we are. I'm a 68 year old Army combat medic veteran and you've done the one thing no one else has been able to cut through to. When I catch fish in the gulf, I've been vacuum sealing in my hotel & icing in down til I get home just 7 hours away. Is this a safe practice given that it's on ice til I get it home to my freezer?
