  I've viewed quite a few videos on how to make a faux cake and your cake turned out very nice! I like the smooth look of the "icing". I love how you did the Ganache, so simple! I'm thinking of making one using white icing, strawberries and red for the Ganache. This will be my first attempt but since I love crafting, I think I'll really enjoy the adventure!
