We have a 3 point hitch type. Ive never seen the instructions. I just know that we have to hold a family reunion and call all the neighbors to get it on and off the tractor. It is pry bar and come along time. I was at another farm and saw theirs sitting out there. Had it set up just like ours. Had it parked by a tree so they could come along it over. Come along was there and the pry poles. So it must not just be us. Still have an old M & W hay cutter, it is easy to connect to.
Does anyone know if a 10k foot net wrap roll will fit in the net wrap chamber?
Excellent, excellent, excellent, excellentttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt...............
I am interested.
Can I run a 9 shank ripper with the wings up to pull 5 shank?
We cannot endorse or sanction a folding machine operating in the ground with the wings folded, but we know some customers have operated this way based on available tractor HP from time to time. We do not recommend, as caution must be taken to not overload the gauge wheels with the added weight of the machine in the folded position.
@@kuhnnorthamerica thanks for the reply. I did run it that way seemed no problems but I went essentially the same thing but 5 shank Kuhn
I should be able to use this in hel ground
I’ll reply to my self I guess. yes you can this tool is amazing im three point with an 8RT just pull off your away blocks and you can follow contours like crazy
Hi i live in south korea I wonder the price of that quad disc harrow And i also wonder How much tractor horsepower do i need Contact me please [email protected] Thank you
Just got a new trailed disc mower a few weeks ago. Cut hay with it for the first time. Really like this cutter. The gyrodine hitch makes it so much better. Saves lots of time on corners. Great product! kzread.info/dash/bejne/iappztmdo5eWptY.html

Love mine but I'm having trouble with the net wrap system.
Hi John, we're happy to hear you love the machine overall! We advise working with your local KUHN dealer to determine what may be cause the issues you're having with the net wrap system and to find the best solution. Our dealers are a farmer's top resource for all sales and service needs.
Kuhn North America I did they said it was debris build up. I think it's an adjustment issue that I'm going to have them to check this off season.
Actually a good review that discussed the different crops.
Kuhn videos have the best music. I would have had a blast producing this!
Do you have to disengage and reengage the pto when finished with a bale?
No you do not. The PTO will run continuously throughout operation.
I like the slots on the rams! Thats my only complaint with my sr112. Very simple design that works well. Couldn't begin to imagine the 1,000 of acres it has raked!!
We're glad to hear you've gotten great use out of your SR! The slots in the arms are one of the key advantages of the GII machine!
I'd love a demo
Hi Josh, we're glad to hear about your interest in an FC mower conditioner! Could you please send us a private message with your location, phone number and email address? We'll have someone get in touch with you about a possible demonstration.
We bought a new Kuhn 108 Vrake and I must say we really love it a lot
So glad to hear you're happy with the equipment!
I work for an agricultural sales company and we carry a large line of Kuhn products. I have to say Kuhn is extremely well built and engineered just as well!I just sold this same unit yesterday it was actually from my understanding the first of this model we've sold! Pretty exciting for myself!
Congratulations on your sale! Thank you for representing Kuhn!
Used a BRAND NEW one today and this thing is a working machine! It does an awesome job! Very user friendly and also pretty easy to set up.The float is really nice!
With GPS on the tractor whats the marker for? Good drill performance though.
+steve stahl Many customers do not have GPS on their tractors, and even many who do choose to operate with row markers as an “insurance policy” in case the GPS signal lapses, fades or becomes interrupted.
What happens to the waste generated from the wrappers once the final product is consumed?
+John Ndisya The plastic is recycled. Excess and used sheets are cleaned and baled up on the farm, taken to a facility to be pelletized and then returned to the wrapping manufacturer. It is illegal in most areas for the plastic to be burned openly, and most state DNR’s can provide areas on regional recyclers. This information can be found in notes presented by Dr. Kevin Shinner of the University of Wisconsin - Madison: www.ars.usda.gov/sp2UserFiles/Place/36553000/pdf's/Shinners_baleage.pdf. Why wrap it??!?!?
+Korah Wrapping silage essentially ensures as many nutrients as possible are preserved. Standard hay drying can lead to loss nutritional value very quickly, but silage wrapped at a specific moisture level can retain nutrients for extended periods of time until consumption. This information can be found in notes presented by Dr. Kevin Shinner of the University of Wisconsin - Madison: www.ars.usda.gov/sp2UserFiles/Place/36553000/pdf's/Shinners_baleage.pdf. Any toxins/gases released from the plastic? Plastic sitting in the sun all day, flavors the hay and the cattle won't eat it? Holds the moisture in and the hay rots/molds? What is the benefits of wrapping hay in plastic? Answers aren't obvious.
+DartanianMagnificent Silage is wrapped for better nutrient retention. The wrapping itself does not transmit any toxins to the feed. It is recommended silage be wrapped at a “sweet spot” of 45-50% moisture to ensure best conditions. Additional layers of wrapping may also be necessary for silage wrapped at varying moisture levels. This information can be found in notes presented by Dr. Kevin Shinner of the University of Wisconsin - Madison: www.ars.usda.gov/sp2UserFiles/Place/36553000/pdf's/Shinners_baleage.pdf. We actually have a video shoot coming up in March and we are planning on filming a bale being wrapped from start to finish! So stay tuned and we'll be featuring that video in the months to come!
It is never shown how the wrap starts, in the video it always picks a bale and next we can see how it is almost wrapped...
It would have been nice to actually see the wrap job from start to finish, instead of jumping from picking the bale up to already in the middle of the wrapping process. I take this to mean there are problems with the initial wrap...
What are the horsepower required for the 10 foot model
Hey I know that guy
no crimper/conditioner?!?
muy buen tema el de fondo :)
Do the trailer GMDs have the quick change knives?
We have a a Hi Float tire option for this baler also.
LOOKS like the best round baler out there. Sweet technology.
thats my buddy!!!
Polacy wymyślili takie coś 50 lat temu!
This is really the best bowler in his range/ but little wheels very fast have damages from straw...
a sprintmaster would FLY, unless you were raking against the wind, or you had high moisture fodder with a wrongly adjusted rake angle because it would bounce over the fodder... This new Kuhn versions wheel suspension, wind guards, and angle adjustment solve these main problems associated with the original patented Sprintmaster...
No, this rake is a completely different concept and design made entirely by Kuhn.
Is this rake made with the old production machines of the Vicon Sprintmaster, which was aquired from Kverneland recently ?
Yes, video testimonial! About time. Great job!
The back door is used in applications where some ration ingredients are being combined in a premix. The premix can be made and then unloaded back into a storage area so that they can be added to a full ration at a later time.
Question whats the back door on it for we have a mixer but never seen one with a back door.
You going to have a baler to demo in MT this summer? I would like to see one run.
i want to run one!
