The guy will file a lawsuit for violation of a civil rights. The insurance company will pay. They were all permitted to reboard the plane and are suing the airline for the actions of one of their air hosts. This was not an isolated incident with said air host.

They were 8 men seated randomly across the plane. Why were they singled out? Also, they were all allowed back on the plane after a 2 hour delay. So, they no longer smelled? Plus news reports state it was an airline host that complained and said host has a history of doing this.
