    If you believe fat is bad for you, don't eat bacon. Fat is a healthy source of calories, vegetable oil, sugar, and cereal are not. 4:32

  • @rawmilkmike
    @rawmilkmike6 ай бұрын

    @TheFlatCapChef There's no reason to eat poison in moderation. Or to eat empty calories with no nutritional value. A balanced diet is one that includes all the vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients a body needs. Humans are basically carnivores. We don't need to eat plants. We are much happier and healthier when we don't. Moderation is just a way of saying you can eat whatever you want. Moderation has no definition. What's a moderate amount of ding dongs and hohos? According to doctors, we have countless preventable diseases. The problem is that doctors are not trained in nutrition. In fact, nutritionists are trained in medical schools. A medical school has a conflict of interest when it comes to your health. Medicine means drugs not healthy food.
