the worst thing about these racing games is that anything less than a win gets you complaints but they start you in last extra bad in this game where you're some super popular racer with many fans constantly starting last and being told about the other racers being famous. those other famous racers start near the front though

This is a great game to play while smoking weed and filling our bellies with diet soda.
Too bad "realistic" racing games have dominated the scene since 2012 with downgraded features every new title. And gamers have the gall to complain about a lack of "zombie horror survival MMORPG".

While GTR is fastest. They can't use nitro so it's easier to lose them when you have very fast car. And as long they don't already have speed. 911 Cops can use nitro. So that's why sometiems they can keep well up even at top speed. Civic and muscle cops usually can't keep up, seems using a poorer, slower reacting AI. If they're using a fast Ai and with nitro. They should able to keep up well with player. Especially muscle cruiser.

I didnt like car damage i Undercover i always turned it off because i hated having my car look ao horrible all the time. Car damage shouls be in MW05-Undercover but it shoudlnt be visual only as durability, with player car smoking like damaged cop cars in MW05 did when it was critical, so there is a definitive cost to ramming roadblocks and crashing. Having it indestructible save for spike strips(which were rendered harmless in Carbon) made pursuits boring in long term.
Burnout Paradise version 1.0 start screen is so iconic for me. I still remember when I rented a PS3 with Burnout Paradise, I was amazed by the start screen. 🥹

ah yes, TDU2 the game of all time... tbh this game still looked gorgeous, the cars, the maps everything is great, but the wonky physics, the way cars handle and such, idk whether it aged well or not. I did played the game on my modded Xbox 360 and uhh most of the DLC cars are not purchasable unless I knew to pull out a glitch to do so, and so the unicorn/rare supercars
