Some will bring it from birth, some will have the major activation during the dasha and antardasha of the 5th lord . This is not for everyone.

  Your question is not related to the video. For bhava charts, the implications are always maximum from the D1 ascendant,i think it is enough to read a chart, I have actually never felt it needs.

  The Vernal equinox at inception was believed to be the first point of Aries in the sky where the sun is 180° away from the chitra Nakshatra or Spica( 180° refer to the Spica ). This is the reference point for the starting of Aries 0°. Hence this is called Sidereal ( reference to a star). But in actuality, the earth also wobbles around its own axis , so when the Sun returns again to the first point of Aries ,there lies a timeline difference of earth and Sun with respect to Spica, the Sun shifts westward in the zodiac every year and in 72 years it is like 1° it shifts westward( which is around 23° 30' like that now). The westerners however consider the Sun returns to the first point of Aries ( which is actually shifting every year) as the base of all their calculations. It is called Sayana system ( Ayanamasha). In our case, we take the Sky as the pallet and the exact 180° point from the Chitra Nakshatra as the first point of Aries . Hence we are successfully in locating the exact point of the sky whereever it was eternal at start as the transit path of the planets in the Ravimarg( ecliptic) and do the festival based on the scriptures Mahurtams. Hence our Ayanamasha doesnt consider the actual shifting but the original marker position of First point of Aries. So it's Nirayana or no movement Ayanamasha. Bharatiya jyotish is based on the effects of the movement of the planets in the Nakshatras (27) which makes the entire band in the sky of 360°( a band of 9° up and down like a belt connected one after the other to make the 360° of Ravi marg) called ecliptic. This band or zodiac of 360° is further divided into 12 parts or signs called Rashis . Hence only in Niryana system ,the Rashi tallys with the Nakshatras as per the description in the Siddhantas. This is important to us as our rituals muhurtams like Marraige Puja and festivals throughout the country are based on the SPECIFIC Nakshatras,Months and the Ayana of Uttarayan and dakhinayan. Hence the correct Mahurtam is achieved based on the scriptures of Jyotishaa ,ONLY in Nirayana. However when we try to understand the seasons and Ritus, it is certainly based on the actual entry of Sun in VE. Hence Sayana is appropriate. So personally , I support the Lahiri Ayanamasha , however for predicting rains , I will consider the Sayana system.

  I'm following a simple method of correction on lagna...ie. in terms of rasi/zodiac sign only.... This method is correcting to a perfect minute level(max 1-3) diff. My horoscope lagna was cancer/karkitaka, when started learning astrology my guru told me that my lagna is Gemini not cancer in seconds. We follow that system... But couldn't find exact minute level....

  You see, for a sensitive topic like Marriage,we should crosscheck from every corner and also keep the common sense in mind while judging. Here although Guru is aspecting through retro but the Karaka of wife which is Venus is also weak. Moreover the Navamsha gives the inner fulfillment promise assurance, here Venus who is the Navamsha lord and also the Karaka of wife is debilitated. In Lagna chart Shani has Ketu in trine making Mokshya Yog. Hence Gandhi ji actually inspite born in such a higher family is unfortunate or struggling even now, and the specific karaka or marriage promise is weak. Now utilising the common sense, as he is 54+ hence the practical chances also diminish but as he is Rahul Gandhi, a celebrity,an outside chance cannot be denied ( but very less considering the issues in the chart and the age parameters).

  7th house Venus is a very ill position. Beside Guru and Sukra are 6 8 as explained in the video . Also Guru is the 7th Lord from Vedic and it has gone 8th position from its place ( a retro exaltation is also equivalent to debilitation as per Classics ) and retro. What is your Venus degrees ? Is it the Atmakaraka? Also state the position of the nodes.

  If the Guru aspect is not on Venus, how does Venus excel. I have mentioned the exception, called Dosha Samyam between the couples. Also if Guru and Sukra are 68 to each other but one is retro ,then also it is making Yoga. In Astrology, without the relationship ( Yuti),nothing fructifies.
