So what you're saying is, I can buy a box reverse cycle air-conditioner and turn it into a dehumidifier when needed and back to a reverse cycle air-conditioner when heating or cooling is needed... Great! Thanks for this video to explain all this :)

Its not mildew then if it doesn't work. I do it with my cloths and that exact same generator. That machine is amazing. I have killed fleas, mildew in our camper van, palmetto bugs in the campervan etc.

Do you have a video how to fix a dehumidifier? Mines not collecting water, the compressor gets warm, the fan works, the coilers arent getting that cold tho, would say just room temp... is the refrigerant possibly not in the unit anymore? Possibly leaked out from being cheaply made lol...

That is good information, however there are a couple other dangers I worry about more. High concentrations will rust metal over time. I have seen it. (And electronics are metal.) It will also make some plastics and other materials brittle over time. It is powerful.

Your "small unit" that is linked to Amazon is 40,000mg/h. That's industrial strength. Are you stupid, or simply irreponsible?

And when the SWAT team is about to bust in your door to search for your grow room, you switch the ozone generator on full maximum and it's up on a real hot shelf where they can't get to it while they're busting through the place and rummaging through digging looking for your computer, while you're sitting in the back of their patrol car smiling with a grand ear going enjoy the ozone, as they're getting a splitting headache digging in rummaging through the place you envision ambulances with police out on stretchers being rolled out of the place. Saying they didn't read me my rights.

I have "successfully" made my bedroom "safe" to sleep in by running my ozone generator on a 24 hour timer (36,000 mg/hr for 2 hrs on and 2 hrs off) while out of town for 3 days, leaving the bedroom door open to fill my entire condo with ozone. The bedroom certainly having the highest concentraton. I do realize that the ones hiding in cracks, crevices, wall outlets ans switch plates will not get a full dose of Ozone. I will need to coax them out and seal those hiding spaces. I have a lot of clutter in the entire condo, allowing many hiding places for the bugs, so it is not being 100% effective. Arriving home, the ozone content in my condo was very high and it took hours for the place to air out enough to stay in there. I have been sleeping in the bedroom since the first 3 day treatment and instead of getting the usual barrage of bites, I have only got a few, in several days, which I may have got from the bed bugs that have moved to my car. I need to clean out the car and give it a treatment, also. Once all the clutter, in my condo is removed, I expect much better results.

For someone who's doing so many ozone videos it might be wise to know what you're actually doing. You need to put it in an enclosed box. Not draw in fresh air that pushes the ozone out again.

Thank you for pointing out the dangers because Chinese manufacturers never do. Unfortunately, even you are over-optimistic. You mention a very short half-life, but in a closed space the half-life of ozone is more than 24 hours ! There's outdated research data suggesting a half-life of 30 minutes, but newer research has revealed figures of approx. 1500 minutes. If you enter the room after a few hours there's still approx. 90% ozone left. You need to wait 1 week (!) before even entering the room to open the window. There's also a very important side effect which you have not mentioned: rust ! Ozone oxidizes everything it's in contact with. You need to empty the room before using the ozone generator, or else all metal parts will rust, even stainless steel. I know you have covered rust in another video, but not in this one.

OZONE GENERATORS, WHEN USED PROPERLY, WORK ABSOLUTELY GREAT!!! THEY WORK ON A MOLECULAR LEVEL SPLITTING ATOMS UP. THEY GO TO THE ROOT OF THE PROBLEM. YOU MUST GET EDUCATED ON USING OZONE GENERATORS BECAUSE THEY CAN BE DANGEROUS WHEN A BOZO USES ONE.

Damage to plastics and rubber: These materials are especially vulnerable to ozone because they are easily oxidized. Exposure can lead to cracking, fading, and weakening. Damage to fabrics and upholstery: Certain dyes and pigments used in fabrics can be broken down by ozone, causing fading. Damage to electronics: Ozone can damage the electrical components in electronics.

The freon after it has gone through the cold coil then is dumped into the compressor can where it absorbs the heat from the compressor motor, when it is running. When it is off the compressor gets rather warm. The issue with the newer cheap dehumidifiers is that the compressor is all sealed up, no ventilation to allow for convective cooling. Unlike a refrigerator, chest freezer, window air conditioner, portable air conditioner, water coolers or central air conditioner where the compressor is out in the open allowing for convective cooling. I have a GE brand dehumidifier & I notice the room getting quite warm as it lowers the humidity level. Which is why it was shipped back to Amazon from another customer.

If I open up a dehumidifier would I be able to separate and add fans for each coil? and one of those fans is exhausting heat outside? take off the plastic split and insulate each coil and add fans, and the cool side would still dehumidify the air while cooling it? I have a $300 dehumidifier I got for $20. I need another air conditioner though.
