I'm going to buy this for my kitchen because our kitchen light only has one switch by the back door but not at the entrance to the kitchen from our dining room. I've been using a similar product with some lamps that I hung on the ceiling so we don't have to walk across the kitchen in the dark to turn the light on, but the same wireless switch that controls those lamps also controls our under cabinet lights, and I want to be able to turn those on separately.

@@MDCHOMES Yes, that can be a concern here too. Not Cottonmouths. Browns, Red belly Blacks, tigers. Only ever seen a Red Belly in the Burbs. Can you guys test the O'Shine Ratchet Miter Shears next? I've looked all over KZread for an in depth video testing that one out and you guys are very thorough with these assessments? I agree that nothing quite cuts like a miter saw, but would like to see more of these tests on other tools. Blade dullness might always be an issue with these though unless you're willing to sharpen the blades after some abuse that it takes. Blades are not cheap either.
@MDCHOMESАй бұрын
I’ll look into it. Thanks for suggestion 👍
@acidforbloodАй бұрын
@@MDCHOMES Also FYI I believe Gartol might be owned by the same owner as O'Shine. Gartol released what I believe to be the exact same ratchetting model as O'Shine. The difference is in the color of the handle. O'Shine is blue and black and Gartol is red in black with the same pattern on the handle. The ratchetting mechanism should make cutting through pine shoe molding and other materials a lot easier, however I believe the biggest flaw in these tools boils down to the blade. Eventually the blade will dull and its only a matter of time. The way to treat the tool in my mind is a tool that you should only grab in emergencies either due to a time constraint or if you encounter a piece of foot molding or the like that your too worried about putting into the miter saw due to safety concerns. Smaller length molding would be safer using the shears. Those are just my thoughts though. Everyone might have similar or different use cases where they might use the shears.
