So I have created this channel to show people my progress on my BMW E92 M3 and to do all things cars.
I absolutely love anything with a motor in it and I really enjoy editing, so why not combine them both so that others can have some easy viewing if they wish.

You are totally right Duffy! 🫶🏼 I just want to restore the M3 back to what it should look like. I promise I won't go over the top with her as I know what you mean. I see some which are just over the top and it ruins the true nature of the E92 M3. 😢

Hello Mate 👋 so they should just click in underneath the chassis of the car, with the new side skirts there should be instructions on how insert the clips. 🤔 you got new skirts?
Loving it, my bru. 😍 Always liked the M3 and in my opinion, I think V8 engines sound amazing. Probably one of my favourite engines. BMW exhausts always sound good, even on stock. Looking forward to seeing the mods. Welcome back, by the way.

Hi mate I know how you feel about your scirocco I sold mine too last year as it wasn’t ulez compliant so I sold it and brought a 2017 mk7.5 golf 1.5 r line tsi evo in turmeric yellow and I absolutely love it
Hey Darren, hope you well bud! Ah honestly it was heart breaking to sell the rocco but it was time. I may get an R later down in life but for now the M3 is going to get all my attention. Good choice on your car by the way Darren, the mk7.5 golf's are really lush 👌🏼
@@MichaelSmith17 yes mate I’m good I was gutted to let go of my scirocco but I as of the emissions was high and the running cost it was time to for a change and with the new car it’s better on fuel and a lot more comfortable and extra doors for friends and family to in and out of

I've got the kit. It looks like Tommy is adding 4 self tappers for added support-drilled directly into the underside of the body?
Ah amazing stuff!!! I bet you are buzzing! So they should be going into the plastic couplings that come with the kit if my memory serves me correctly . You get 4 of them.
@@MichaelSmith17 yes indeed. Mine is a GT. I've lowered to the level of the R version on Eibach springs- What a difference in performance and looks. She should look amazing soon. Great vid. Very helpful.

Hello Mate, so sorry for the late reply 🙏🏼 ah the side skirts make such a difference to the car, really transforms it doesn't it. Did you tighten the wheel agter off the ground or on the ground? As my steering is shaking after fitting 13mm
Always tighten the wheel when the ground and make sure you do wheel tracking afterwards. As your alignment needs correcting. Should be fine after that 🙏🏼

Hey James! Ah no so mine came with a small bag of screws luckily. They will be the self tapping screws. I'll try find a link for you

@@MichaelSmith17 cheers Micheal! we both sit the same then :) i like yourself have a tiny arch gap and was contemplating coil overs but i personally don't think you can go any lower with the maxton kit on!
@ethangough5264 agreed Ethan. I think they way they sit now is perfect! You can still drive the car comfortably and also have the flush look 🫡 otherwise I would just go air ride lol over coilovers.

@@MichaelSmith17 my mechanic installed them but the double face that had stack on the car and went off from the side skirt .its the side that is after the door ,front of the back wheels
@Andreas Nik ah sorry to hear it mate! I would ask if your mechanic can pop revit them on, I did that to mine and they not coming off unless you drill the rivet off.

@@MichaelSmith17 it's like a go cart but it's on 19inch tyres and I've hit two potholes on way to work early last week with stiff springs and low sidewalls they don't stand a chance. Two fronts cost me 560 the other day not happy 😒

Were the screws drilled into the body of the car? or was there a designated hole in the body kit? Do any holes have to be drilled or is it all click in? Thanks in advance
Hello Rojus, thank you for watching my video. So the skirts come with clips that just slot underneath the car. Those clips have holes for you to be able to insert the screws without having to drill the bodywork. Hope this helps
