My caliper piston is stuck on my tt 2007. Trying to find a used oem one but can't seem to find them. Not confident on using a China brand caliper lol. Any decent brands?
Sorry to hear that. I wonder if you could get a rebuild kit. I'm not sure what makes their are for reconditioned units, maybe Lucas off the top of my head. Just incase your doing rear pads etc piston probably wind-back and push.
Review of a Polish applicator without showing it in use!!
My bad, will do a review using one.
Good job 👍
Thank you.
Can't beat Vikan brushes, quality at a reasonable price, i have purchased several over the years and all are still performing spot on, they do some excellent flexible handles that take various size brush and stiffness brush heads to enable you to clean into most nooks n crannies, pipes etc, great for cleaning under solar panels on a caravan roof!.
Absolutely agree, they are amazing quality, work really well and last for ages.
Nice way to scratch your paint. You should alway use it on a clean car bro.
It's not that bad on a lightly dusty vehicle but yes if dirty would need washing first.
Good wash mitt one of my favorites and i used many..just use it with a good lubricated shampoo.
Totally agree, makes a lot of difference.
Really good information, thanks for sharing pal.
No worries, glad it helped, have a great day.
is that a Q7 as I love them
Yes I believe so, very nice vehicle.
Dark burgandey?
I believe it is, lovely motor.
Heya 👋, If you could drop us an email we'll happily look into this for you.
Hi, no worries, really appreciate it and thank you.
I bought one of these but no longer have the manual, could you tell me what oil and how much it uses please? Thanks a lot
Hi, are you going about the oil in the engine or pump? If engine I uses semi synthetic 5 / 30 I think, should have a dipstick where you pour the oil in with a max level, it's not alot to fill it, regarding pump oil I can't remember.
Thanks for the info! It worked a treat!
No worries 👍
damn that looks nice
Thank you!
Yeah but what about when it’s damp weather outside ? The windows react differently to cloth and paper or leather chamois
Very true, I just end up using more microfibers and / or blue paper towels, but you have to be realistic in damp weather conditions to what is possible and what's not.
@@HitchinValeting get true in nice weather. CLean cloths do great the paper towels best for damp cold days
Appreciate the advice 👍
How many cars would that bottle do approx? Let`s say 3 series BMWs for instance.
Hi, as its more oil based you don't need a lot on the pad, I've done 2 vehicles and have probably 90% left.
@@HitchinValeting Thanks very much for the reply buddy. Appreciated.
No worries 👍
Awesome sound track
Ooooh, Dios mío!!! Como lo has hecho? Milagro, un milagro!!!
Lots of hoovering and shampooing!
Looking at one myself just confused about start up wattage on a 1700 watt pressure washer it’s auto stop start looks like it would be okay thanks for the upload 👍
No worries, I think the kranzle k7 is 1.6w, although kranzle recommends a more powerful generator. As you say its the start that draws the most power, not had any issues with 2.8kva gen on 1.6w pressure washers and other equipment like shampooers.
I face this issues suddenly why it's happening
Either vehicle unused for a while and or water getting inside from somewhere is generally the cause.
Looking great! 😍
Thank you.
Have you ever used this in a handheld vacuum cleaner for upholstry? I was going to use this with a vax spotwash and was just wondering if you would need to dilute it for that, or best used neat?
Hi, yes, I used many times on really stained fabric but always diluted it. I never used it neat before it tends to leave a crusty residue in an upholstery machine and can block the nozzle.
@@HitchinValeting Great, thanks for the reply!
No worries 👍
Hi, does this dry to the touch? Just wondering when you say it's too slippy for interiors, I wasn't sure if this stays slightly 'tacky'? 👍
Hi, it does for a while but after a few days it tends to dry more to the touch.
Really good stuff this, smells great! After I've used this I wait a day or so and then use Autoglym Autofresh as an air freshener. They smell quite similar and it just prolongs the nice smell!
Totally agree, the interior shampoo is great and love autofresh.
Hi, do you think this would work with Auto Glym polar blast snow foam?? Just wondering if the product would be too think to come out at a decent rate?
I did try using polar form with the wide nozzle, but not nowhere near the same as using a snowfoam cannon. Plus mine might be faulty as after a few days of using it leaks under pressure.
Neither the polish nor the glass cleaner have hydrophobic properties. They aren’t glass coatings, they are just cleaners. I’m not sure why you sprayed with water to compare them.
When using autoglym super resin polish panels do beed well and on wings etc the water runs of nicely but know where your coming from.
Well that did not show much.
My bad.
It’s one of those ole faithful products I reach for in a lot of situations. Older cars with swirly paint that they don’t want corrected, newer vehicles that need a little protection, a useful base for regular top ups with express wax, cleaning up tired commercial vehicles (One of my clients has 21 sprinters that have a very hard life but are rust free so get a tickle of this after every other wash). It’s a hard one to beat for the price it’s sold at.
Totally agree, I think the product is under rated by many.
now i now why mine is broken a heave see no metal on the top and all the microfibre is from the steel.
Maybe they changed the design, mine didn't last long.
Have you ever used it on bumpers?
Hi, no, the autoglym plastic conditioner works well.
A few years late but I have the same pressure washer as this still going strong after 6 years of use. The only maintenance I have ever done is change the oil every 6 months.
Fair play to you, its great its lasted thar long and still going strong 💪
did you need to program the injector by any chance ? or just plug & play ?
Hi, I think you can code the new injectors numbers but I didn't have the tool to do so but works fine after changing them, probably be better if I could though.
Could you please advise how much better would be this PW compared to Karcher K7, for occasional patio washing? Thank you
Hi, I've not personally tried the karcher pressure washer you mention but the kranzle is adjustable pressure but doesn't come with any extra cleaning adapters other than the standard long lance.
Bit of hot soapy water and few drops zflora disinfectant put in spray bottle will probably do better and save money. Also will smell amazing and have bonus of being antibacterial/antivirus I do also have this product but i feel its better on light stains and smsll little areas eg headliners
Thanks for the suggestion appreciate it, the proffessional range can be diluted to a slightly stronger mix but I know what you mean.
@@HitchinValeting I'm not a professional bud but just giving some of my own opinion Thank you
Nice but you have plastic seats you can use any product for dashboard
It works well on plastic seats as well to bring them up.
Great video! What product do you use for dressing the plastics? Cheers
Thank you, autoglym silicone free sheen.
You have to leave ignition off for 60 seconds before starting.
👍
Thanks pal it works
No problem.
How is the instrument calibrated? Do you have a video link?
Hi, you have thickness samples that can check if calibrated correctly.
i just brough flex pxe 80 but im looking at getting 5" machine any advice?
It really depends on your budget and experience using machine polishers, I would 100% say dual action as they are more forgiving than rotary types, other than good quality pads and products ease into it.
@@HitchinValeting what about good componds and polishes
I only use scholl concepts s20 black as it doesn't dust up and is a all round cut and polish.
They recommend removing any residue with a damp cloth and bucket of water, and wring out as necessary.
👍
Great demonstration 😮 clear results. They also recommend using a damp cloth with bucket of water and wring out as necessary (after scrubbing). Then finish with a dry cloth. ✨
Thanks for the information, yes did wonder about drying off with a clean dry microfiber afterwards 👍
Forza motorsport 4 theme goes hard af
👍
Fantastic thanks, worked for me on second attempt!
Glad it helped 👍
Thank you is there adapter needed to fit in the drill
No worries, no adapter needed as it fits directly into a drill chuck.
i will need to buy a drill for this which do i need thanks.
Hi, any battery powered drill is fine, the better the battery power, the longer they last between charge, I use a budget one and its fine.
Thank you. For anyone wanting to see the comparison between the two, this is perfect. Yes, they are different products. But, this is a good example to see how they behave, as discrete products, before shelling out cash.
Thank you, appreciate it.
does this work on your detailing equipment? i want to use for 1200W vac and 1400 k2 pressure washer will it be ok u think
I run a k7 I think it's around 1600w and also a 1300 watt vac, not at the same time but fine on both.
Hello I have a proble getting the large tool off to put small tool on,please advise regards sharon
If I remember as its been a while since I removed the larger fishtail to the smaller one, they are pretty tight once on and I think there is a location lug so carefully left to right movement while pulling away from the hose should do it but be careful as the plastic part can be brittle.
Nice video!! Would this stuff work on grey seat bolsters to change to black?
Thank you, I wouldn't try as it might rub off onto clothing.
What do u use to polish the inside?
Didn't polish inside but did use a silicone free sheen on rubber mat.
