  I had this problem 4 years ago and it was really bad as well, I’ve try everything there is to try, then I took acutine it went away and now it has come back again and I feel the same it’s something from the inside it’s just no acne

  My acne started months after my second child was born and now it's been 4 months and it's getting worse, my acne is on my cheeks and chin, it hurts a lot and I would also like to heal from the inside so that it is permanent, I have changed my skin care routine, until recently I bought the radio frequency kit and started taking probiotics, omega 3, kefir, kombucha, collagen, I have also popped my pimples as she says it is impossible not to do it and I know it is not right and I try to do it but there are days that I despair and I get very angry and I just look at myself in the mirror and I pop them all 😢 I just hope I have clear skin very soon

  I'm so happy you figured out how to clear your acne. There are so many factors that go into acne. Another line to look for is Face Reality, it's a professional line that's specific for acne and is budget friendly.

  I am 38 and acne has been my friend since about 13. I still have it. It clears for about a week and comes right back. I have tried many things, but I know that it has to do with my hormones. My hormones are never normal. I am so tired of dealing with it at this point in my life. With all the shit that will be happening with perimenopause, I don't have the energy to deal with acne anymore. I just want to cry watching this. Im sorry you went through all of that. I also changed my diet. I am also anemic. Im going back in October to be seen with a new doctor. Prayers they listen to me. Good luck with everything.

  Thank you for sharing. It made me emotional at the end 🥹Because im so insecure at this moment. I think people only see my bumps and redness. It’s hormonal, because i stopped with all the birth control, to make my body healthy again. I also suffered with a lot of migraines and since i quit with birth control i have less migraines. But now i have acne. Inflammations, and i feel so ugly. I never had acne and now im 39 years old. I never expected this to happen. You are right about, you are not your acne. I also cried when i was with my boyfriend and he doesn’t care he loves me for who i am, not my acne.. i hope it will go away in the end because now i have hormonal imbalance.. im glad you find your way in this and feel comfortable in your skin again 🥰

  I feel for you , I am 44 still break out, only thing helped me was Diane 35 and spirnolacton, which i took for years , as I stopped contraceptive 4 months ago my acne is back , so frustrated 😢

  Acne is an autoimmune disorder. It amazes me how many people don’t realize that. Acne is internal. I’m so happy for you, I still deal with acne on and off, it’s the lost frustrating thing ever

  I watched your entire video and cried. I have been suffering from cystic acne for 15 years. Thought it would go away as i became an adult but it didn't. Double cleanse now, changed my diet and its clearing up. Will get the food sensitivity tests done too. Thank you so much for making this video❤ ❤❤

  all the diets but you did not mention carnivore. The only non inflammatory thing to eat is meat and your acne is obviously an inflammation. This is what I keep telling ppl that if you have an issue do carnivore and then see how you react.

  All my hormonal acne got really bad right after my first and third pregnancy. I had perfect skin during pregnancy but as soon as my kids were born my jawline broke out so bad! Deep hard painful cyst around my neck and behind my ears. It was so so painful. Only thing that helped me was Accutane. That was my story.
