  So many danger moments, and sooo many mistakes he did, mines, only used time to time! Use it every me and everywhere duude! And arbiter, lol, just fly into center base without turrets or mines, and recall plain zealots, no mixed army was recalled, and you almost failed, 2+ times. Very funny moments, tha you never learned ( very strange why you can survive. Ah and ovcaise allies, really helps, when not took place for CC 🤣🤣 4 times he tries to land.... hilarious moments!! And stasis on thin roads, who can even imagine that there will be stasis ))) ahahahaa, and again 3, or more, stasis on groupe of ground units. Where is BattleCrzrs? They are useful! And valkiries and regular planes....

  Yeah vision seems to update slowly, SCBW quirks. Sometimes unit dies and you retain vision for like half a second, if you see fast flying unit the vision behind stays for a while and in front there's a delay.

  ​@@azhidahaki3082 yes seems odd to see this in a regular BGH game, normally you see this effect the most often when it's an observer/overlord popping out and taking a while for detection to update. I play more UMS maps and this delay on vision updating is something that I see all the time.

  Strange "tutorial". 1. finish original and broodwar campaigns 2. let's talk about races, see zerg can't build off creep, check your supply blah blah... Your video is not BAD it's strange. you can just not make video at all, cuz 'finishing campaign' on own will teach me much more you could possibly cover anyway. Well you get good job describing how to play on bnet; maybe better title would be 'how to start playing online SC1' or something.

  I hear ya! This video was in response to the people that ask me (and others) about whether or not they should even try playing BW. Maybe you missed me talking about that, it was in the beginning ;) I do agree the title isn't quite right though, wasn't sure what to call it. If you have a better suggestion, I'm all ears.

  He let him build up a decent dragon count and when theay actually engaged the green dragons had a concave that made his army superior even when he had less units

  The actual reason is that he had zealots in the engagement, Zealot is a "small" unit so it takes 50% less damage from dragoon shots, That means the zealots was absorbing all the shots from the red dragoons while the green dragoons were free to damage the red dragoons. So even though he had less dragoons, he had the better army. You can see in that initial engagement into red's natural green loses only 1 dragoon since the zealots absorb most of the damage.

  @@hamsterkoster these were also speed zealots wich helps a lot. The question here is why red would allow this to happen when al he had to do was build non stop dragons and get obs to stop any dt comeback potential.

  @@antaresblazewar9083 Normally when you get ahead you try to expand behind it since it's very difficult to finish off someone due to something called defender's advantage. Red clearly wasn't confident in his ability to finish off teal otherwise he would've kept pushing instead of just sitting his goons on top of the ramp outside teal's natural for the next 3 minutes. Based on the fact that there was no red showing up in the minimap it's likely he just sat on top of the ramp outside the natural and assumed teal was expanding too or going for something like reavers/dts. People don't expect the mass zlot push and that's why it can work. As Azhi says around 7:25 "he had a guy call him a retard for beating him like this" reason being people don't expect that because if you go mass zealot and your attack fails then you just lose. Red's mistake was not scouting and making the wrong assumption, but it's not an unreasonable assumption from standard play.

  honestly I was barely holding on for so long, it felt like I had almost no chance to spend the money on an archives + additional upgrades, wasn't even confident the game would last long enough for it to finish. By the time I got an archives, it felt like more templar would be much better to get value and bust the contain

  It’s all relative. I won wcg in flower mound Texas a millions years ago. Against some rS players (maybe a spooof of day9 or maybe it was a clan) And I thought artosis was good. Which he is. But there is always the caveat of “for a foreigner”

  yeah I hear ya. These VODs are from 3-4months ago. Since then I've made adjustments to my audio so it's a lot better. My mic sensitivity was off back then and I hadn't noticed for a long time, so a lot of my talking gets chopped up

  Nice to see those games :) Game 1 u lost this 1vs1 at 11/12. Some hints: try hotkeys for the first gates...for instance 4-9. so u can produce units during u are in fight. every single zeal counts (vs pretty good players) during this time of the match. next one..if u got damaged zeals, check this during this time, when u are not fighting and move them in the backline of ur units. to become better in this 1v1 pressure playing we used the 11/12 or 6/7 bgh maps with fixed starting positions. greets and i enjoy ur games =)
