Jiminy did kind of live up to his description of the job. The voice that nobody listens to.
@@johnmcclure40 *Boom Roasted* lol 😆
@johnmcclure40 But no, I suppose you're right that he did warn us in the beginning
Was the movie Tarzan The Fearless on the list?
No sorry I haven't added it to the list yet but I'm just not sure I'd enjoy this type of film but I can add it for an idea.
❤love this one.
@trufamilybromontqc I had a lot of fun with this one both comically and commentary wise! Glad you enjoyed!! 😃😅
Historically the United States of America built up after killing an uncountable number of native Americans by white-skinned poor Europeans using guns. The Europeans stole the vast continents from California to Florida without paying even one dollar. For 100 years, Europeans killed 56,000,000 native American families and stole the big land. During the Second World War, Tokyo was attacked by a total number of B29 4,900 and 130 times dropped an uncountable number of bombs over the heads of Japanese babies, children, and women just before the Hiroshima and Nagasaki atomic bombings. The USA was attacked by airplane suicide only once time on 9/11 2001 until today, American people talk many times about it exaggeratedly. Anyway, The US people historically do not care to kill civilians, especially babies and children using guns because the US itself consists of a gun society. Japan was built by the first emperor Jinmu 2,683 years ago. The USA was built 247 years ago after the slaughter of native American people without payment of even one dollar. The number of people killed by guns in the USA in 2022 is 48,117 (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, National Center for Health Statistics) The number of people killed by guns in Japan in 2022 is 4 (Japanese Government Statistics Bureau, Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications)
This show does not get enough love
Thanks for the reaction! Also know it's not as popular on utube but hope you keep reacting to home movies too, 😅 haha just waiting for you to get to season 3. It's so funny
@alinethani2236 Thanks for watching! And I will be continuing the series for sure just have some other cool stuff coming out first 😉
I love it when people try supernatural and love it so many people I know give up after so little time
Sweetheart, I don't do shorts was so good. Dean right from the start has some great and memorable one-liners.
Rest In Peace Janice Burgess 1952-2024, she was the creator of the Backyardigans, in the early 1990s she held positions at the Children’s Television Workshop, including as an assistant travel coordinator for 3 2 1 Contact, and project manager for Ghostwriter, for the latter, she coordinated the efforts of the tie in magazine and teacher materials with the content and goals of the Television show, it was during this job that she notified of an opening at Nickelodeon, Burgess joked that she interviewed for the job about 11,000 times, she was hired as the executive in charge of production for Nick Jr, overseeing the development of Blue's Clues and Little Bill, Burgess later became the vice president of Nickelodeon's Nick Jr division, she died in hospice care on March 2 2024 one day after her 72 birthday, she was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2018 6 years prior to her death
Wow that's quite the journey. She created a lot of shows that were a big part of my childhood. <3 Thank you for sharing her story and for educating me in her journey. Rest in Peace to her and may her works live on in honoring her memory and all the kids lives she impacted. :)
I know you're taking shots at Rose's poor decision making, but I promise, it is intentional. The show knows what it's doing.
Welcome to the family! Enjoy the ride!
Also, look into what Loren Bouchard calls "retroscripting." It's fascinating and it explains why his shows feel the way they do. 😊
I'm so sorry to sound pedantic, but his name is H Jon Benjamin, not Jon H Benjamin. I loved your reaction though and you seem very fun! I'm gonna follow this playlist. Please keep it up!
11:40 I don’t discriminate your an adult parent dont have control over you at 18 need to treat adult as adults
That's true at 18 you can make a lot of decisions on your own and have your own independent however what Tiffany does here is manipulate her father and treat him like garbage and yet still desires his help, his money, his resources and is supported by him thus she should not only treat him with more respect but understand since she is now 18 he really doesn't have to provide those things if he so chooses and most of the time even at 18 your still developing a mind set and still acting as a teenager in some of your actions. No hate just my opinion. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and checking out the video. :)
"Perhaps a man only enjoys trouble when there's nothing else left?" (Scoffs) "Literally every male protagonist in a power role." Then: the Doctor cries. I found this ironic.
Why did he keep looking back? Because that's how filmmakers show the emotions of a character, the drama of the situation, raising the tension and stakes. It's irrelevant if they look back, because if they wanted to drop those elements, they'd just make the platform longer, or the blades faster, or whatever. Whether he looks back or not, he's still going to get to the switch with just one second left. Which is better? Getting to the switch with one second left in an emotionless, tough-guy sort of way, or getting to the switch with one second left in a tragic, emotional way?
But she might have had a better chance if he had moved forward without worrying about her rather than taking the time to keep checking if she was still holding it. That's all I'm saying lol I just dislike when characters waste time trying to confirm information rather than hurrying with their actions that could save the person risking things in the first place. :) Just a film making pet peeve of mine.
@SherlockFan1 She was going to die no matter how fast the Doctor moved. 😉
alright, I know these episodes have some criticism to be done, righteous too, but if you do ignore your 3 episodes rule and give just this series a chance up until the last episode (The parting of the Ways) I *ASSURE* you that you'll fall in love with Eccleston, Rose, the Doctor and the show in general. it might start at a slower pace, to get you used to the Doctor and his travels, but it is just a remarkable piece of tv history, so Series 1 as a whole will certainly 100% hook you if you do follow through with all of it, then thank you, you won't regret a second of it
Bitchy trampoline 😂 I never thought of that. The pilot episode was way back in 1963 this is basically a continuation of the old series. Definately give all of Season 1 a go atleast it does get better as it goes on it's unlike any other show you've watched as I said in the previous video there's all sorts of genres it can be sci fi, horror, scary, serious, sad, adventurous, funny, campy Dr. Who is a combination of things but all and all it is complete science fiction. Also just on the subject where you say why the Doctor kept looking back at Jabe (the treelady) and why he couldn't go forward was because he wanted to make sure she was safe and not burn to death like what just happened to her there because he knew it was dangerous and didn't want to risk her life but at the same time not getting decapitated by those fans either he was in a very tricky situation to be fair. Also one thing about the show is the Doctor is always the hero of the show the companions sometimes yes they do stuff and yes they help out but usually and traditionally it's the Doctor that saves the day the companions are usually there as the eyes of the audience especially when it comes to the Doctor happened to explain techno babble or what alien creatures they are when they ask him questions when he's in a but at the same time they have fun adventures along the way Dr. Who is one of those shows not to over examine too much or take too seriously otherwise that's where it all falls apart and you don't enjoy it just have fun with it and if that's not to your cup of tea that's totally valid too people like different things.
Just saw it today!!!!!!!! Lmao I came across it randomly btw the way love your reaction
@Turbocharged200 Thank you that's so sweet!!! Welcome to the channel!! Thanks for watching!! ☺️
Realistically, everyone she loved would probably have been dead at the one hundred year mark.
@johnmcclure40 Yeah I was hoping no one noticed how dumb that sounded. I realize the same thing while editing. Lol I agree
@@SherlockFan1 To be fair, it probably would hit harder at the multiple billion year mark.
Bundle of laughs, you are.
Angry? ...Who's angry? If you don't like the show, then you don't like the show. That's fine, it's not for everyone... Getting angry about it would require me to give a damn what a particular KZread reactor does on her own channel, and that's a whole lotta work I'm not prepared to commit to. Life's too short. ;-] (lol) But, hey, don't let over 50 years of multi-media history sway you from your all-important 3 episode rule, now... Millions and millions of people _could_ be wrong... I'm sure there are plenty of other series that show you everything they've got in the first episode, or two. Unfortunately, that is too often all they've got. Anyway, you should do what you want, and if you decide to quit after 3, then the only thing we have any right to feel for you is, sorry. Cheers! ;-] PS: You had mentioned in the last one that you were thinking of "Supernatural" as another option. I binged 13 seasons, then had to wait months for each of the last two seasons... Still, zero regrets! It's a very good show; hope you can enjoy that one instead. It's funny, scary, dramatic and disturbing. Always have kleenex close by... that show will rip your heart out if you let it! And I'm not even kidding! ;-]
These episodes range from good to a bit mid... but as the season progresses it gets so so good... and the coming seasons are just about the best tv you'll see..... trust me... if u stop after 3 episodes you'll have missed one of the best shows in history.... honestly... stick with it.... by season 3 or 4, you'll be a whovian and have a box of tissues to wipe your tears...!!!
Shame you have a three episode rule (although episode 3 is great) but it's episode 6 where the whole series pivots and ramps up. It's like it goes on a trajectory at that point that still makes it one of my favourite series. But glad you enjoyed this one more.
Yeah from episode 6, all the episodes are brilliant, so don't give up on 4 or 5. One of the great things about series 1 is that it kind of stands on its own. You don't need to have seen the previous stuff, and it has a great finale...
If you don't fancy the whole season I'd maybe say watch up until the episode called "Father's Day." I would say give all of season 1 a try though.
I'm so glad you enjoyed it more.... but you're not there yet. Bit scared episode 4 & 5 might scare you of, but when you'll get past that, the road to 'getting there' will be easier.... well, more enjoyerable. Just remember: - it's a family show (people watch it with their kids, it's a tradition) - don't take the show to seriously, it will take you(r feels) seriously tho - don't blink - don't forget to listen to the awesome music score in the back ground, it's chilling - the backstory of the Timelords is amazing but told in bits and pieces, be patient, but it's worth the wait. Good luck.
And the next one is written by Mark (sherlock) Gattis ... Glad you like this one better - you have to remember that Rose is meant to be 19 and teenagers aren't known for their emotional maturity - maybe you'll understand why Rose jumped at the chance later in the series 😀 Yes, this show will do that for you channel 😀 looking back sesskasays didn't buy in straight away - now 33 series and 8 years 100k subs later, you've got to say she is now!😀 Hope you will continue as you get used to the show (Steven "Sherlock" Moffatt's great 2 parter is later in the series and then there's episode 6 !
Whereas the Doctor is just a tad older. 😀
Pretty Paties and Bubba Gump Shrimp niice
@wicked396 Oh we haven't stopped by Bubba Gump yet but it is on the list! We stopped by the take pictures though! 📸
❤
...at least it had a some what uplifting and dark ending , plague dog is depression incarnate even as a adult it makes me uncomfortable and saddened the ending is so fucking brutal and bleak like ...damn
@@jeremymartin7403 This makes me think I couldn't handle that movie..emotionally lol
@@SherlockFan1 honestly I'd love to see your review or first watch of it as it is kind of a spiritual successor to water ship down as they are usually paired together but I definitely say be prepared for some trauma
What was the drink with the shark? I must know!
@ArgyleDinosaur It's called an Aussie Jawssie and it was at an Outback Steakhouse. The drink was like $8 and very tasty and you got to keep the shark!! ☺️
Sorry the drink itself was a alcoholic drink mixed with Vodka, Grendaine and some sour syrup!
@@SherlockFan1 You get to keep rhe shark!? Ahhhhhhhh. Don't mind me, I just gotta go find myself an outback steakhouse so I can get the shark drink, because that is the coolest thing! Thank you so much for answering!
Good Luck and No worries!! 😊 Hope you find it!! @ArgyleDinosaur
Girl … this reaction is not it , you be hating all the time lol
@vanhitsugaya3145 Well if the characters would just listen to me once in a while lol 😆
Thanks heaps pls keep reacting to this show it's one of my favourites but nobody ever reacts to it
Started researching the show and highly recommend season 6. (If the humour is for you, think it's a good place to go from. :) )
The author was a World War II vet. A lot of it was actually inspired by his experiences in war, with Hazel's personality being based on his former commanding officer.
if santa ate one of the ginger bread man's, then how was the gingerbread thats a boy not eaten then
Yeesss I don't even know where to begin I can't tell much from the instructions lol
Yes, these are the original U.K. versions (so automatically, the best versions).
Franz Kafka Rock Opera and Wizard's Baker have lived in my head making random appearances for decades now :p
Oh, I guess I didn't think about Metamorphosis by Franz Kafka maybe isn't that well known. In it he feels like he's becoming a bug
YEEEEESSSSS !!!!! 😃😆🤩🤩🤩 WHOO !! 🤠🤠 This Is Exactly What I Was Waiting For And Looking Forward To In Watching! 😀 Glad I'm The First One That Came On When I Got The Notif Haha 😄😄 Super Happy For Your Well-endowed and Well-made Reactions Always 😁☺😊🤗🤗🤗🤗
Was going to post the same thing. This music video in this episode is so amazing. "🎶 I got little tiny bug feet.... I don't really know what bugs eat.. 🎶"
Awww thank you 😊
Sorry for the weird question, but outa curiosity how do u know about this show?
@@alinethani2236 I'm curious how people found it too; anytime I mention it no one knows what I'm talking about. I watched this show when it first aired on late night cartoon network "Adult Swim" along with Space Ghost Coast To Coast and Sealab 2020
I had seen it on a couple times as a kid along with Baby Blues and Oblongs :) Just kind of in passing.
Cliff Hangers was how the 90s were like I should know I grew up with this show.
