McDonalds toilets in the UK are usually disgusting, but in Europe they are OK. As an older Scotsman, mixed toilets kinda freak me out though.

Hobo stove from an empty gas cylinder is inspired. I will remember that one. PS: I'm a Biker, that has taken to following the Bikepacking niche, as you guys have got camping on two wheels nailed!

Maybe a spare innertube? Because last time my innertube was torn instead of punctured by friction because I didnt pump it up hard enough. So it was rubbing too much to the outer tire I think. I saw several other marks of friction and I have never seen that before. And it was too big to fix it. This happened on my (very heavy loaded) e-bike. I saw on Schwalbe (tire manufacturer) site you can pump it up to 5A when it has heavy payload. Now I always take at least one innertube with me on a trip. Thanks Andy for your tips.

May I ask why its better to put the gas into the other type of cylinder? Why not keep the cheap butane in the one it comes in?

Adjustable wrench, bike tool, bike pump, plier, and inner tube is all that I need? Are there any affiliate links on temu that I can check out on? But otherwise, great content as always.

I use a p-38 can opener. Takes a bit of getting used to but it's much smaller and light than the one you just showed us.

Well explained and also not in the thinking of thieves as newer expensive Models. Since a few years i have 3 old folding Bikes with 20, 24 and 28" mostly for travelling with train for free and rides beneath the gap.

Seriously, Andy, your channel and videos go to demonstrate to everybody interested in bikecamping/bikepacking that they don't have to waste an exorbitant amount of money on their bike and gear to set out on a nice adventure.

Storage compartments are genius! I just did a drive of 1500 miles and had to sleep in the driver's seat because all my "stuff" filled the hatch area. I will definitely try to build my hatchback with your advice. Thanks.

I have a folding bike but my folding bike doesn't have cogs and shifter its just a BMX style like one sprocket in rear, so what's the best upgrading?
