I mean, let's compare Truss' tenure with the shortest serving US President, William Henry Harrison. He gave the longest inaugurational address ever, in the pouring rain, caught pneumonia, and died one month into his term. First off, that is undeniably hilarious (provided you have a dark sense of humor like me), but second, and more relevant to Truss, I will point out that death is a pretty good reason for leaving office. And in fact, the UK's runner up for shortest serving PM, George Canning, did die after 119 days. Still, at least he would have outlived a lettuce.
Sure, there are no parallels between the UK in the 2020s and Germany in the 1920s! - Both nations are suffering over "unfair international treatment" - Some are loosing their lives - Some are protesting to heat up the fire - Both nations hold a thing they call constitution but it doesn't give any guidelines to a better future So people want a strong leader - and they will be satisfied.
We NEED to get on that Electoral reform campaign. We must establish ourselves ahead of any glitter throwers or snooker table powederers. Otherwise the whole effort will be sabotaged by (probably) Tory fakers.
Hi Phil,quite new to this channel but I love it, I just like to say if they do close them down. You would get GB news and the far right saying about free speech. And I would like to say to them it's not free speech when you go around terrorising cities and communities in other words stamping on communities rights . That's not free speech it's terrorism
