  Good explanation! I think the only thing I would add is that there has been more literature suggesting that early rhythm control strategy in the non-acute scenario may be better than simply just rate controlling them. Having worked in the hospital for years now and having patients come back to the hospital again and again with failed attempts to rate control - anecdotally, I do find that for certain patients it is actually more beneficial just to to try to keep them in sinus for longer. Keep up the great work!

  Hey, why not advise to heal diabetes T2? Eat low carbohydrate food, keep blood sugar low, increase fat to fuel your body, eat enough protein to keep muscle mass. Switch to ketones, so you avoid carbohydrate intoxication which can lead to arterios sclerosis, arthritis, stroke, heart attack, cancer alzheimers.... PHCUK & Dr David Unwin - Reversing T2 Diabetis!

  For the Creatinine clearance it says to use the IBW. I assumed the statement that we should use the actual body weight was intended for calculating the digoxin clearance
